Deliverables were almost always delivered on time, if there would be a delay we were notified in advance of this which stopped any chance of issues. The team were very responsive and they were timely with getting back to us. Absolute were very receptive to our ideas and how we wanted to push the business forward as they adapted their strategies in line with our new direction.

This is a new project venture and Absolute Digital really helped me get this off the ground and make sure it worked correctly. Especially when working in a very competitive marketplace.

Absolute Digital Media are the real deal to say the least! Their overall planning and attention to detail in executing our setout strategies has delivered a massive improvement in our traffic and conversion rates. Since inception, we have received a 510% increase in organic traffic to the website, along with a 634% growth in organic conversions.

The scope was to increase the number of clicks by creating new and additional campaigns in our Google AdWords account as well as improve ad engagement metrics such as our click-through rate and cost per click as we had $40,000 per month available in the account. We provided ad copy, links to the landing pages for ads, and worked together on optimizing the campaign and ad performance.

Absolute Digital Media set up all campaigns and ad groups and implemented conversion tracking as well as any extra ad extensions required. Furthermore, they provided feedback, guidelines, advice, and helped us with keyword research.

Their main task is search engine optimization. They do all of the work on that front and provide monthly status reports. As part of their link building efforts, they write content for our approval and then send that content to related sites with hopes that they’ll link back to our site.

They provide ongoing conversion rate optimization and advise us on website functionality changes we should make in order to receive more applications from visitors.

They also manage content that’s distributed through press releases and editorials.

We communicate regularly with the account manager. He provides detailed, monthly updates, as well as any ad hoc reports we request. We’re always able to reach any department and they’re highly responsive.

We typically communicate through email, phone, or Skype video. We also have in-person meetings, at their office or ours, whenever they want to present statistics or convince us to shift strategies in a different direction.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We worked with an agency in the past that lacked transparency and failed to articulate clear goals. Absolute, on the other hand, is always very specific about their strategies, explains their rationale, and helps us understand where our money is going. Even though they’ve had demonstrable success, they’ve never tried to increase their price. That transparency creates trust, and we’ve since handed the previous agency’s project over to Absolute.

Given that they’ve exceeded all of our expectations, it’s difficult to pinpoint anything I would change.

SEO work takes time and can seem vague if you’re not familiar with the process. Absolute employs excellent communicators, so ask them to explain their services and the reasoning behind their strategies.

Absolute Digital Media is great to work with. They're proactive and very approachable. We've never needed to create SLAs because they're so responsive and reliable. We usually speak a couple of times a week over email or phone. We use project management tools to manage support hours and project delivery.
