I’m the business manager of Bossy Cat, an online retailer for the UK market. We sell furniture, garden accessories, and pet supplies.

We needed help relaunching our website. We also needed help navigating how to make a full redirect without losing past history and traction. We also needed technical advice and best practices.

Absolute Digital Media has done a strategic review of our website. They’ve also provided support for on-site redirection. The team has provided content planning and site structure support, and CRO. Absolute Digital Media has provided wireframes and detailed reports on how to best update the site. Regarding CRO, the team has reviewed our performance and detailed our sales funnel and areas to A/B test.

Absolute Digital Media has ensured that our site relaunch has gone smoothly. Now, our site is settling and getting good traction. We’ve seen a 100% uplift in initial traffic from SEO activity, new keywords ramping up, and more exposure within digital and SEO. Our conversion rate has also increased by 40%.

Would be cool to have a client dashboard of deliverables to keep track off faster, and includes invoicing files, reminders and status of payment, so we dont need to keep looking at emails.

Inhouse tool like this would make it look like a company that really values project management

We partnered with Absolute Digital Media seeking a digital agency who could support us grow the presence of our website - https://www.motorcycleinsurance.org.uk/. With the help of the team, we came to the conclusion that SEO and digital PR would be the best two suited services based on what we wanted to achieve - more requests for a free motorcycle insurance quote. The Absolute Team have continued to support us across these aspects of our business, improving the number of leads.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are working with the Absolute Team to earn high-quality backlinks to our website with a DR above 40. From an SEO perspective, we have be focussing on the websites technical aspects to bring it up to speed with CRO and UX best practices to effectively position ourselves amongst competitors.

Absolute have been tremendous and still are. They have a unique project management system and approach that helps us to keep informed each step of the way and work collaboratively across the campaign. There hasn't been a moment where we've doubted their expertise and this comes across in their work as well as over the phone and on Slack. They have also continually listened to our challenges which has been useful in helping us overcome various issues faced outside of the marketing campaign we're working with them on.

Absolute Digital Media offer competitive prices across their services but you certainly get what you pay for. Whilst there were less expensive options out there, I'm so glad I made the decision to work with the Absolute Digital Media team. I know exactly what I'm getting and how my budget is being spent and distributed.
