We needed to create an AI-based app to translate legal documents with a human validation process. The idea was to use AI to perform the translation and then allow humans to review it before sending it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

A & H Solutions has designed and developed an AI-assisted legal document translation app for us. The main scope of work includes creating a platform that allows translators to upload documents, create translation projects for specific clients, and use an interface that displays the original document and the AI-generated translation side by side. This allows human translators to review, modify, and finalize the AI-produced translation before sending it to the client.The main deliverables include the document upload functionality, translation project management by client, AI-assisted translation workflow, side-by-side review interface, human editing and approval, and a client review process to verify important elements like names and dates.Once the client approves the translation, the platform allows translators to add a digital signature, the translator's stamp, and a confirmation stamp before sending the final translated document to the client via email.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project we've done with A & H Solutions has led to measurable improvements in speed, efficiency, and project visibility. One of the most important results is the reduction in translation time. For example, a voluminous legal document of around 200 pages that used to take several days or up to a week for translators to process can now be translated using AI in about 10 minutes, and the human translator can then focus on the final review and approval.The platform has also reduced manual administrative work. Thanks to the introduction of SmartKey-based digital signatures, translator stamps, and confirmation stamps, translators no longer need to print documents, manually apply stamps, scan them again, and upload them. This has saved about 30 minutes per translation project and reduced context changes for the team.Another important result is better project visibility. Our team can more easily track completed, pending, and under-review translation projects, which has improved internal coordination and helped move projects forward more efficiently in the workflow.Moreover, we've noticed a clear improvement in our processing capacity thanks to the new platform. Since the time needed to produce a first translation has been reduced from several days to about 10 minutes for some voluminous documents, our team can manage more projects in parallel and move faster in the review and delivery process.The platform has also improved visibility on pending, under-review, and completed projects, helping the team prioritize work better and reduce delays. Although the exact monthly impact varies depending on the volume and complexity of the documents, the platform has clearly increased our operational capacity and overall efficiency.We've noticed a positive impact on our end customers' satisfaction and the quality of the delivered translations. We receive better feedback thanks to faster delivery times. The platform allows us to produce translations more efficiently while keeping a human review step to ensure the final result's quality.Translation quality is also better for clients because translators can more easily compare the original document and the translation and correct important elements before delivery. The client review step has also strengthened trust in the final documents since clients can verify key information before the final version is signed, stamped, and sent.

We wanted to reduce the administrative burden of always keeping check if the data, specifically critical dates, matched in different software. For example, we had some dates for the patient's documents, which always need to be up to date, such as the expiry of the approval for ABA therapy. Those dates, if entered wrong, mean that we lose the patient because the re-approval process has to be done for those patients before their due dates.

A & H Solutions helped us choose the software to move away from Asana, where it was hard to maintain and manually review a lot of patient data. They also helped us automate some steps of connecting data between iConnect, Google Drive, and Lari, the new software we chose.Specifically, from iConnect, the patient data was extracted and created ABA therapy baseline documents that were put in Google Drive. The team also added relevant patient dates in Lari, categorized and migrated data from Asana to Lari, and set up appointment schedulers in Lari.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to A & H Solutions' work, we had a lesser administrative burden, reducing the 30+ hours per week we spent auditing the existing documents. Before the project, we had issues where we missed deadlines because of the wrong dates that were present in at least 40% of our data. For example, we used to have 10 patients a month where we missed the deadlines. Now, we have more awareness of this data.

I’m an executive at Nutrabrain Clinic. We’re a physician-led telehealth platform treating depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain.

What challenge were you trying to address with A & H Solutions?

We needed help automating some processes. I didn’t want to hire an assistant, so I wanted some automations running in the background. For example, when patients filled out a form, they needed to be added to the EHR system. We also needed some automations regarding payment systems.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

A & H Solutions integrated Jotform with DrChrono. The team also worked on automating our payment systems. If a subscription was canceled or a payment had failed, we wanted to receive an email alert with the patient’s name, email, and phone number. We also needed the corresponding DrChrono prescription to be canceled. We wanted the patient’s flag in DrChrono to be canceled, basically removing the subscriber from the subscription. The subscription canceled with the date was entered for that particular patient. A & H Solutions also auto-uploaded the form submissions in PDF format to DrChrono’s patient chart. The team also set up a 45-day SMS and email follow-up on subscribers who viewed the initial $400 offer.

A & H Solutions helped us implement and automate most of our processes. They automated data sync between our appointment software (Boulevard), HubSpot, and Shopify store. The team also created a base process for our marketing campaign to generate leads. Moreover, they automated virtual Google Calendar event creation when a virtual appointment is booked and synced our Shopify store to the Boulevard store.

Specifically, A & H Solutions completed data sync across multiple platforms we use. Customer data from Boulevard was synced to our CRM HubSpot, and product and inventory data from Shopify was synced to Boulevard. The team also created a custom Shopify app that helped us get better lead information after customers created an order on Shopify. Additionally, they helped us set up a base campaign using Shopify that can be reused later for other campaigns.
