We needed an automatic solution where there was no need for our staff to manually investigate each individual property potential. A solution that would result in the client having to input their property details and receive an instant result. This needed to be created in an online platform pulling information from multiple sources at once.

We partnered with a company that has vast experience in the industry, the same mindset and values as ours and that we could work together to achieve the perfect outcome.

They designed and developed a website with a four step wizard which allowed our clients to obtain the key information required in regards to the potential development of their properties. The information is obtained from multiple sources including an API from one of the relevant government authorities.

The complete team at Aalpha was working on this project from start to finish, each individual was allocated tasks including testing to ensure that all results obtained are 100% accurate. We did have one point of contact through-out this project and he remains to be just that moving forward with our website maintenance plan.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

It is only early stages of the launch of this website and already we can comfortably say that it has increased our design productivity by 70%. Our clients are introduced to this website and are very happy utilising it at their own convenience during all hours of the day.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was managed offshore, the time difference meant that we could make the necessary changes and email them to be actioned, ready for review the following day. Skype calls were had at almost closing hours local and opening hours offshore.

The company performed amazingly throughout the project, delivering ahead of schedule with 100% accuracy. The distinguished point of difference is the fact that we have an allocated project manager that is working with us on the project and future ones.

We are presently surprised with the outcome of the project despite them being a small development team, the project is already in production and there are talks to add new functions.

Japanese exporters list their cars on the website, and local Kenyan dealers can select and buy from the listed cars. Kenyan dealers also get to list their cars to reach as many Kenyan customers as possible. Customers/dealers can also buy/import spare parts through the website.

We are based in Kenya, and Aalpha Information Systems is based in India. The fact that they understand our company’s wishes almost immediately upon communication really makes us happy. We don’t use any effort to explain what tasks need to be done. Their communication/client service department is the best, and we rate them highly. What you request is implemented exactly as you wish. If they have a better way of doing it, they always advise and proceed to implement with your consent.

Their budget never changes, and we’ve never had any issues regarding budgets and payments. They are just the best.
