David and his team managed create our website within a timeline that was frankly quite tight. They were exceptional in their response rates and even available over weekends to meet our deadlines. It was a pleasure woking with them; I would recommend them to anyone who needs great design and impeccable implementation of a website.

We are a corporate gift company that focuses on providing quality services at an affordable price.

For what projects/services did your company hire Wondertabs, and what were your goals?

We decided to expand out and cater to clients who seek for premium corporate gifts, thus requiring another brand new website. That's where Wondertabs came in, to help us out with developing the website.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online, on Google and Carousell. We shortlisted 5 after considering the price quoted to us. After a meeting with them, we felt they are the right fit for this job in terms of the person-in-charge (David), price quoted and past projects seen.

We had a physical meeting, to share our ideas across, of how we would want the website to look like. From there, David and his team showed us the first mock-up after a week. Although there were hiccups throughout the two months, they were able to resolve the issues raised within a few days and amend the website according to the feedback we provided.

David was the main point of contact and I believe there were at least 2-3 other web developers working on our website!

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After consulting the colleagues in our company, we were all impressed with the website design and features!

We mainly used Whatsapp as our communication tool.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As we have used WordPress before, we roughly understand how the website works. However, there are many features that are new to us, and David and his team really made maintenance of the website simple and easy by also providing us with tutorial videos.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

David and his team have reached out to me on the timeline issue and realized we have a misunderstanding all along. Issue has been resolved and we are definitely pleased with their work punctuality. Thank you Wondertabs team for addressing my concerns.
