Our firm found an extremely reputable, reliable and proven partner in JPLoft. 

The project scope was initially shared with multiple vendor partners who were all interviewed in great depth over the course of approximately 1-2 months. The success of our project was predicated on finding and vetting the right partner. When we spoke with JPLoft, we knew we had found the right firm. 

There were numerous deliverables and the project breadth was substantial. 

A high level overview of the project included: 

• Discovery - Gaining a full understanding of the project, the business, the value propositions, workflows and so much more.
• Site & App Architecture & Features - This was a crucial step to our success. JPLoft and their team did a terrific job in translating our business requirements and value drivers into functional components. Further, their team was able to deliver a framework from which design would follow. 
• Design - JPLoft's design team created a look and feel that was spot on from our discussions, and modifications, adjustments and rework was never an issue. 
• Development - The team is amazing! They have a very strong technical foundation among their team, were efficient and met milestones along the development continuum, and delivered on time and within budget. 
• Quality Assurance - The QA phase moved along as efficiently as prior phases, and all issues were addressed in a timely fashion. Communication was excellent.
• Launch - The product is in a pilot launch phase, and we couldn't be more satisfied. We are preparing for a deluge of users, incredible success, and most importantly helping people through the power voice.

They handled the layout, programming, and backend settings with such skill that we had to do little more than watch and learn.

Almost all of our products are drop shipped due to the extreme high cost of equipment and factory partner preferred modes of business. However, lead times for when product could ship were constantly changing, and even in a post covid world, some products remained with lead times in excess of 8 weeks. We needed a features integrated into our website that would:

1. Display on each product page the lead time range for the equipment
2. Be able to manually adjust lead times on the back end of the site within the Shopify Admin client
3. Generate in the post purchase screen and email those estimated lead times
4. Allow for an auto email generation if the lead time changed for a specific order
5. Automatically send emails to customers if their order would take longer than 4 week, reaffirming that their order was still in process.
6. Develop an off site admin client for the management of this application and future custom applications.

Not sure how to answer this other than to say the developed solution worked as intended and has been a boon to our business and our customers.
