I’m the CEO and founder of BBED Lounge, a beauty and aesthetics services company. We provide services such as facials.

What challenge were you trying to address with The 95 Agency?

I hired The 95 Agency to rebrand the identity of our company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I initially let The 95 Agency know what I was looking for, and they sent me a survey with questions about our business, including what it stood for, what our goals were, and what I wanted it to look like. 

The team took that information and provided examples from which I picked one. They delivered the logo and color palettes. Moreover, they worked on marketing designs for our social media platforms, making our contact information visible to our clients. Their resources also helped me set up my business emails, email templates, and Google Maps account.

I spoke with at least three members from three departments, including their marketing specialists. One teammate worked on logo development.

I originally found The 95 Agency via Instagram, and then I looked them up online.

We spent a little under $5,000.

They worked on this project in September 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I had better engagements with my clientele. As we reached out to new clients, we had better designs and a cleaner look. Overall, The 95 Agency did an amazing job. 

How did The 95 Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

The 95 Agency’s project management skills were great. They delivered everything on time, and their communication was effective and constant. Their resources always answered my questions and addressed my concerns. They fixed issues and provided plenty of options for us. Nothing was rushed, and everything was professional. 

Moreover, their turnaround time was better than expected. This had to do with them delivering what I asked for based on what I gave them. They were also willing to work on the things that I wanted to change — their resources were willing to explain things I didn’t understand with proper verbiage. Somebody was always available for me to talk to; they were highly responsive. In terms of tools, they used Teamwork and a communication portal. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The 95 Agency was truly informative. They knew much about what we needed, so we could easily trust what they were saying. I had no guidelines on how this was supposed to work, but whenever I told them what I wanted in plain English, they’d produce incredible things on the business side. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there weren’t any. Their services were 100% satisfactory.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Even if you don’t have a full plan or project vision, continue to work with The 95 Agency. They can help you complete your vision — they offer great guidance. For context, I came to them with not much of anything, and I still got the product I needed.

For what projects/services did your company hire The 95 Agency, and what were your goals?

We hired The 95 Agency to create our logo and overall branding identity. We are a new media company, so it was important that we create our overall identity first before we roll out. Our main focus was for the 95 agency to create a branding format that would business could follow.

How did you select The 95 Agency?

I follow the owner on social media. I saw alot of the company's work and i loved their vision and work ethic.

I spoke to the owner initially and told him what I was looking for. After paying my invoice, I was sent a logo q/a that asked me questions about my ideas and my vision for the logo. I answered questions on typography, color palette and similar brands I liked and disliked.

Once that was completed, The 95 agency started sketching logo marks by hand. I would receive the sketches via the project management platform. After two rounds, I decided on two but I wanted the merged to be one. A little bit of cursive with nice print is what I remember saying.

They sent me another sketch and that was it. They then moved into the full designing of my logo. They added the desired colors I wanted. After that was completed, they started on the mockups for my brand. They provided my brand on shirt, tv and hat mockups. They even provided me with social media mockups.

Overall I love my logo and branding identity deck. It will help those that work with us keep our brand in tact as we grow

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I love our logo. Everything turned out great. The branding identity deck that we received was spectacular. It highlighted how to and how not to use the logo as well a typography and social media content ideas.

The 95 Agency used a project management platform for the entire project. I was able to stay up to date with my project through the portal. I would also send texts to the company's work line.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The expertise of the company is what I found to be the most impressive. I was able to have other conversations about business management, website design and even working capital options.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None at all

I’m a media consultant with the Young Economics Awareness Program. Our organization works with cooperative economics in low-income areas to stop the killings in these communities.

What challenge were you trying to address with The 95 Agency?

We wanted a clean slate as we were sending out media kits to clients and potential investors. This involved a new website and branding that was more cohesive than it used to be.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We wanted to modify our existing website, but we quickly decided to make a new one, as we’d lost contact with our original developer. The 95 hosted the site on GoDaddy.

The site is very informative, allowing users to look up information on our program through an aesthetic flow.

How did you come to work with The 95 Agency?

Our founder initiated the project, and then I came on as our main point of contact, so I’m not sure how they were found.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $1,300.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since April 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’re waiting for the website to go live, as we’re still gaining traction as an organization through in-house advertising. Our website will be the icing on the cake when we launch. It’s going to match our social media presence.

How did The 95 Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done phenomenally at staying on budget and meeting the timeline — they’re very thorough. The 95’s team has been very hands-on, working step-by-step through what’s happening. I have no complaints regarding the efficiency and consistency of their communication. It’s very impressive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like their communication the most. They’re always making sure that we’re aware of changes, goings on, and updates on the pitch deck. Their hands-on approach works very well; I’m very satisfied.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything off-hand, other than they could give us a couple of phone calls. I’m old-school, and I don’t mind hearing someone’s voice from time to time.

The staff is committed to ensuring that every child feels welcomed and has access to the necessary resources for educational development. Children are exposed to a variety of subjects, including math, reading, social studies, and language arts.

These concepts are introduced at the preschool phase to prepare young children for a traditional classroom setting. Raven’s Learning Haven accepts children from 6 weeks to 12 years. * The learning center is open year-round so parents can be assured that their children are in a secure and enriching setting throughout the day. I am the founder of RLHCC.
