IMADO were engaged to design and build our company website and to provide ongoing WordPress development and support from 2024 through to 2026. The work covered both the Gemini AMPM site and our CleanDucts brand. The scope began with a discovery stage, where Damian worked with us to understand our service divisions, the client sectors we operate in, and how prospective clients typically search for and assess a compliance-led contractor. From there he produced the design direction and page structure, then built the site out in WordPress with a CMS setup that allowed us to add and edit content ourselves. Key deliverables included: Full website design, covering homepage, service pages, sector pages, about and contact Complete WordPress build with a content management setup we could maintain in-house Responsive design tested across desktop, tablet and mobile Site structure and navigation designed around our service divisions and target sectors Enquiry forms and contact routing On-page technical setup to support our wider SEO activity Content population and migration from our previous site Ongoing WordPress support, updates, plugin management and troubleshooting Design and development work on our CleanDucts website alongside the main site Continuous improvements and new page builds as our service offering expanded Throughout the engagement Damian acted as our single point of contact, handling design, development and support directly, which kept everything simple and quick to progress. Very easy to work with, reliable, and genuinely invested in getting the result right rather than just closing the job.

Support requests were picked up quickly, often the same day, and anything urgent was dealt with promptly. Over two years we never had to follow up twice on the same request.

Two things stood out. The first was Damian's technical depth. He clearly knows WordPress inside out, and rather than just building what he was asked for, he would flag where an idea might cause problems later and suggest a better route. That kind of judgement saved us time and money more than once. 

The second was the speed of his support. In our industry, we are used to chasing suppliers; with IMADO, we never had to. Requests were acknowledged quickly and resolved quickly, and over a two year relationship that consistency built a lot of trust.

In November 2022, our company's website was hacked, leading to impersonation of the site's owner, as well as a decline in the domain's credibility in Google search after some of the pages were changed to promote bookmaking services. We expected IMADO to find the vulnerabilities and security, as well as clean up the illegal content and add some functionality to improve the site's visibility in search results.

I was really glad that they felt free with my current setup and they did not try to convince me that without an additionally paid audit they are not able to start (I have got a few of the offers like this before I asked IMADO). They started 4 working days after I have agreed for the estimated costs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It is a couple of aspects. I really appreciate a quick time from task order to start of work and respectful treating (we are a small company with a low budget) But as well I felt that the cost estimation was very reliable (comparing to the other companies), a really efficient communication, and a decent hourly rate.

Are there any areas for improvement or something IMADO could have done differently?

Text communication has some advantages. It allows asynchronous cooperation and leaves a trail in case the truth is established later, although it can be difficult when describing larger and more complex tasks.

We engaged Imado to do a Figma to Wordpress conversion for an upcoming event we were holding.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our designs were supplied a lot later than we would have liked, so there was an *extremely* tight deadline. Imado were the only agency we approached who was confident they could still deliver on time.

Since this was a Figma to wordpress conversion, we supplied our Figma file. Imado supplied a very early test page featuring some of the potentially more tricky items - but all of them came through with flying colours. Once we saw the early test page, we knew, they would nail it.

I worked with the project manager - I supplied Loom video comments to share any feedback with the devs. Communication was seamless.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The most important part was that our event landing page was ready and live before the event day - an extremely tight deadline. And it was! We even had some slack time to add some additional items for launch day that we hadn't discussed prior. Very impressed.

Although located in Poland, so timezones were different, communication via email and Loom videos was more than sufficient. Our manager, Joanne, was exceptional!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Although we supplied a Figma file which very specifically showed what we wanted visitors to see on desktop, we gave their devs freedom to implement the mobile/tablet responsiveness as best as they see fit. Also, they built reusable modules they for us using Advanced Custom Field blocks - which we didn't prescribe. On both counts - the end result was outstanding!

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I really can't fault them at all - we were just so pleased to find an agency that could deliver on time and on budget given the challenging time constraint we supplied. We couldn't be happier with their work - and are very glad we now have an agency partner we can rely on for future work. This will not be our only project with Imado.

The websites are based on Wordpress. They had old, unsafe protocols and lacked some needed features. IMADO improved the protocols (explaining which one is best to use as well), speed of the websites, removed some unwanted content, added styles and content that we desired, updated PHP, and takes care of the websites' maintenance till now.

Our websites gained safety and more styles for subpages (with a new approach). Also, troubles we had with maintenance were resolved and everything stays up to date.

Everything is clearly explained and on a professional level. Anything that's asked to be done is taken care of directly, fast, which is highly appreciated. Whatever problem we have they are very helpful.

Our previous website although not outdated in visuals has been a static website and too simplistic to what the company is providing currently. IMADO had to rebuild the website from scratch based on our art design and implement a CMS. We needed game presentation modules and the Investor Relations tab with investor's information, which we didn't have on our previous website.

We had been in contact with 1 person, who was the decision-maker and our main point of contact.

The website has been just launched so there is no measurable outcome. We do however have plenty of features that were not present in our previous project: contact forms, investor relations section, interactive form for stock purchase in a private offering, games section with videos tags, screenshots, press releases section, and a fully editable CMS.

Except for art design sharing with IMADO, most of the communication was held via email and few calls. Communication went flawlessly with very quick response times.

The company was solid in terms of deadlines, same-day quick responses, and changes/fixes. They were flexible enough to make additional changes we had not planned during the design phase.

We had absolutely no negative experience with the company.

I hired IMADO for help designing a custom WordPress theme based on my wireframes, as well as guidance with managing my site through WordPress post-launch (security/privacy, technical maintenance, etc.) My goals were to build a strong website foundation that's scalable with where I'd like to take my consulting business and do it within a month while keeping total cost underneath $1,000USD

How did you select IMADO and what were the deciding factors?

I selected IMADO after finding them on Google and comparing their offer against the other web design/development agencies. As a marketer, I often evaluate the companies I want to work with based on their portfolio and professional presentation is.

In IMADO's case their own website has a very sleek, modern, and rich design, as well as an impressive portfolio that very much aligned with my own personal design tastes and preferences. This, along with the lower than anticipated quote (only $740USD), made it easy to decide that they would be best suited to bring my project to life.

First was the initial discovery phase where I sent over my wireframes, outlined my goals, and was provided a quote. Then we moved through to agreeing on terms, I granted IMADO the relevant credentials they'd need to stat (WP access, server access, etc.), and I shared my brand guidelines and site inspirations.

I also paid the initial 40% of our agreed scope through Paypal to initiate the project. Then IMADO provided me with their initial design proposal for the pages I needed (shared with Invision), I gave feedback, and they adjusted accordingly. After a final review, I approved the designs and we moved on to coding.

The coding period was the most time-intensive and took 12 days from design approval to sharing the dev site with me. I outlined my final items of feedback in a Google Docs sheet, and IMADO actioned everything within a day. I then paid the remaining 60% of our scope. IMADO migrated the site back over to my server and sent me my invoices, site speed tests, and some tips for installing tracking.

Only one, who I believe was the project manager for my account.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

This was a website build for a brand new site that has yet to go live, so my main measurable outcomes for this project were to come in under my $1,000USD budget and under timelines (less than a month).

IMADO achieved both with ease. Each deliverable I received was polished, well designed, and up to a high professional standard. I was very satisfied with the quality of each delivery, and would only need to give minor style feedback rather than important structural changes.

It was very pleasant and easy communicating with my representative from IMADO. She was always very clear and concise whenever I asked about next steps or had a technical development question. We communicated through the same email thread, and timelines were always clear.

Every deliverable was on time, and turnaround times on any feedback I provided were always very quick, usually within 1 business day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Not only were they were able to craft a beautiful, modern site that really exceeded my design and technical expectations, but they were transparent about the whole process and pleasant to deal with - all while still coming in well under my budget for this project. As a marketer, that value proposition was unbeatable.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only issue I noticed (and I flagged to IMADO) was that my staging/dev site was indexed on Google. It's not a big deal as my site hasn't officially launched yet, but I'd still prefer not to have an unfinished version of my site appear on the SERP.

We have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from our old as well as new customers. Our team loved the work too. In our field the most important thing is not to gain new customers fast, but to keep the position for long enough. With the new website we have a sharper edge to stay alive.

The workflow was very easy to follow: we were asked to provide some works we like, then the designer provided what he thought was good for us. We loved it, so he designed our new website using the ideas. When there was another wish from our team, IMADO has quickly made that dream to reality.

We needed a new UI/UX for our web app, a landing page, several changes to our graphic designs, help with SEO, etc. We hired IMADO to handle everything needed in that department.

I was looking for a graphic designer for all types of websites, however, I wasn’t satisfied with the level of commitment, communication, or outcomes I was seeing. Then, a friend of mine recommended IMADO and it all turned out to be excellent.

We started with the landing page redesign. After our initial meeting and discussion of what we were aiming at, we received several mock-ups through Invision, where we could comment and change things. This was an excellent way of designing prototypes. After we agreed on the final design, we received the prepared files to easily apply them to our website.

After the initial goal, we moved onto the next task, which was to redesign the entire app, taking into account all the UI/UX aspects. Finally, we ended up with SEO work.

We launched our website with the newly designed landing and subpages, which look great in our point of view! The whole app was redesigned and we are ready for our MVP stage and app launch. None of this would be possible without IMADO’s help!

I was positively surprised with our workflow. We had excellent communication and a great outcome. Each milestone was delivered on time, with all the details in place and as agreed upon. Damian was always there for us to clear any doubts and missing points. His broad experience and knowledge led to suggestions for the best solutions for our pressing problems.

We’ve received positive feedback on the usability and appearance of the site. Thanks to the website, we have gained more partners. We plan to develop it further in cooperation with IMADO.

Our communication has gone quite smoothly. We contact them via e-mail, phone, or chat. They give us a lot of time and attention, which is not so often the case with other companies. We can count on an answer from IMADO regardless of the time of day, even during weekends.
