Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Merge handled the complete UX/UI design lifecycle for the app's interface. They researched similar apps, created wireframes to map out the user experience, and then produced the final interface design in Figma. A key part was building adaptable components that merchants could adjust (like colors and fonts) and ensuring the setup process felt intuitive. They provided the final UI designs and clear specifications for our development team.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The design Merge delivered was a key part of the app's positive start. It looks good and feels intuitive to use. We met our goal of making setup easy for non-technical users. Merchants are typically getting it done now in under three minutes. This user-friendly design contributes to our low early churn rate (below 2%) and supports the positive results stores are seeing.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Their project communication was excellent. Using Slack made things efficient. The team was very responsive and organized. They stayed on top of questions, usually answering very quickly, and addressed all requests seriously. No issues at all with communication.
