The customer wanted to have an attractive, human-oriented, clear, interactive, full of air modern online-shop for children's wear. The aim was to perform competitor’s analytics, make CJM, think over the UX/UI design, prototyping and adaptive versions in a quite short period of time.

Our project was led by a project manager. We discussed all stages with UX/UI designers, illustrators and art director.

The best possible outcome is user-oriented, convenient, pleasant-looking and properly working online-shop that attracts people and helps the customer’s business reach the next level. We’ve reached all of them, so this is the best mark of the success!

69pixels team is very flexible and responsive. We could communicate during the whole day. They are always online and could answer any question about the project and the process. They are always ready to meet us or the customer for clarifying something.

All processes were great. The manager was online all the time, so we received information about the project almost daily, and sometimes even multiple times a day. They presented all deliverables (analytics, prototypes, designs) online and on time. We’re very satisfied with the timing and the result.

The most impressive aspect for us is their involvement in the process. They were really interested in our project and tried to make it perfect. The whole team generated a large number of ideas about how to make it better, which was wonderful.

We needed them to produce several designs, including new personal profiles, startup one-pagers, and a step-by-step registration process for all platform roles.

69pixels worked closely with our creative director for six months to develop a unique design concept that would allow us to further scale our business and attract new customers. The team listened to our comments, made edits, and suggested possible solutions to produce a modern design.

They assigned a project manager, two designers, and an art director. On our side, our art director, project manager, and co-founders participated in discussions and coordinated revisions.

The platform is currently under development, so we can’t speak to the results yet. However, key stakeholders have noted that the new design is much more efficient and would help users quickly navigate our product. 69pixels delivered a modern design that demonstrated a high level of professionalism and impeccable work technique.

Our companies interacted closely throughout the project. We kept in constant contact through telegraph and monitored their work with Worksection. We needed help creating a chatbot design for a for a healthcare startup’s web pay chatbot.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We sent 69pixels an overview of what we needed to complete. After they gave us an estimate, we discussed all the details. We signed a contract and started the work. Our team handled development for the project. At this point, I’ve worked with 69pixels on multiple projects.

Most recently, they provided UI/UX development for our client’s site. Their main task was to create a design for the chatbot. They completed challenging tasks like defining the logic behind how the system worked. They just made a landing page, as well. We’re also working together on a proprietary project.  

What is the team composition? 

Since I’m not currently working on this project, I’m not positive. I believe they assigned us three people, namely a designer, project manager, and the senior designer.

I found 69pixels through an article that featured their team discussing technologies that increase conversion rates for e-commerce.

Our client pays them directly. Their part of the project cost $7,000–$8,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the current project with 69pixels in September or October 2018. They completed it recently. Our company is always asking them to do more work. Currently, we’re planning for the upcoming sprint next month.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

69pixels delivered not only the UI but also the logic for the site. They delivered everything we needed, including mockups for the design.  Since the website is still under development, I don’t have metrics to share yet. Qualitatively, everyone on our side has been happy with 69pixels. Our client is very pleased with their work, especially for the UX/UI.

They prepared everything for us in the best way possible, which made it easy to get started on development.  We didn’t have to ask extensive questions about how things worked. They made detailed comments, which we appreciated. We’re very glad we’re working with 69pixels.

How did 69pixels perform from a project management standpoint?

The less we talked to them, the better they did their job, but the communication was perfect. We got in touch with them whenever we needed to discuss something. They immediately answer all the questions we ask within 5–10 minutes. Offering prompt responses was our most important criteria for project management.

69pixels is extremely talented and one of the best design teams in our city. They’re funny, easy to talk to, and simply a cool bunch of people.
