Most recently, they provided UI/UX development for our client’s site. Their main task was to create a design for the chatbot. They completed challenging tasks like defining the logic behind how the system worked. They just made a landing page, as well. We’re also working together on a proprietary project.
What is the team composition?
Since I’m not currently working on this project, I’m not positive. I believe they assigned us three people, namely a designer, project manager, and the senior designer.

Our client is very pleased with their work, especially for the UX/UI.
They prepared everything for us in the best way possible, which made it easy to get started on development. We didn’t have to ask extensive questions about how things worked. They made detailed comments, which we appreciated. We’re very glad we’re working with 69pixels.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm a branch manager for Carl's Jr., consisting of over nine different brands. I oversee our media, branding, and design for marketing materials within our region.
What challenge were you trying to address with 69pixels?
Initially, I needed a design vendor that could create a print ad for us within just a couple hours.
What was the scope of their involvement?
69pixels initially designed a print ad under an extremely rushed deadline. After they were able to meet our needs for that project, we engaged them on other design projects, including a mobile app and different creative pieces for our websites.
What is the team composition?
I work with about four people on their team. Depending on the nature of the project, I may be in touch with them a few times a day.
How did you come to work with 69pixels?
I found 69pixels at an event and liked the work they presented in their portfolio. After our initial test project with them, we decided to continue the relationship based on their performance.
How much have you invested with them?
We've invested $5,000–$7,000 thus far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together around December 2017 and they just completed a project for us in May 2018. We plan on engaging them on additional projects in the near future as well.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
69pixels helped our ads stand out and attract more customers who may have been more inclined to visit our competitor's locations. Thanks to their efforts, we've also seen significant improvements in online engagement of our customers with our brand overall.
How did 69pixels perform from a project management standpoint?
Although they're great at communicating with clients, it may help their team to hire on additional project management support staff.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They're very openminded, professional, and timely in their delivery. They're experts in their field and produce good quality, out-of-the box creative.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think they could benefit from increasing their own exposure by joining more design communities, so they can more easily be found by other companies in need of their services.
69pixels was able to prepare everything on the agreed estimated time. The new site and design managed to attract more visitors to the website and conversion rates were also improved. The team kept in touch and conducted preplanned working sessions and corporate calls.
