The company Sprava Agency was chosen by us after the few rounds of negotiations which were made in parallel with 5-6 other companies specialized in the same sphere. They were chosen because of the detailed presentation of future steps of the project, professionalism of the Key Account Manager, reasonable pricing policy and flexibility for the parameters of the future project (some technical aspects of integration with different services were not determined by us in the beginning).

So, Sprava Agency has developed for us the good looking, well structured and fast operating online store (best among our competitors on Ukrainian market). The web page is fully integrated to many outside programs, including our CRM and accounting program (which had many “underwater stones”) and the guys from Sprava Agency have successfully done this job. Currently our website is located on their server, and is being SE optimized by them. Currently we are on the second month of SEO and we are already having some results, in particular we are on the first page in google search according to the number of inquires

During the process of creation of the website, project was decided on several main and few other milestones, according to the stages of the project. For example - firstly Sprava Agency has drawn the new logo of our trademark, than it was drawn the structure of future webpage, design of main page, other pages… So, overall we were seeing the results of the project on daily basis. As for SEO, the measurement of the result is made according to the dynamic of searching positions, amount of web users, amount of active users, etc. 

If speaking from the perspective of our own business model, the project performed by sprava agency has given already gave us results: 

• we have increased our customer satisfaction (we received number of positive feedback from old customers, which increases their loyalty) 
• we have recieved the new (already working) sales channel which gives us revenue
• we have improved our negotiating position with our wholesale customers, as now we have alternative our own sale channel

First positive moment is that mostly all communication was going only through one person (project manager from their side). It was feeling that he has strong team of professionals behind his back, but all communication was going through him (manager Kostantin), which made the process much easer and comfortable. Since the beginning, after studying our case, they have presented the plan of the project, divided on 7-9 steps. 

The creation of website was done on time, even despite some difficulties raised from outside programs. As for the SEO, every month their manager discovers our needs and draws the work plan (which we confirm or edit together) and the work is done according to this plan. At the same time, during the working day it is easy to contact their manager and discuss any kind of issue that was not in the plan initially. So, overall, team of Sprava Agency: - try to discover your true needs in order to help your own business processes -experienced in planing projects of different kind of difficulty - they are ready for new unpredicted challenges or requests coming from their customers
