BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm marketing director at Pegasus Pro D.O.O. We're Slovenia based company which sells tiles and everything for bathrooms. I'm responsible for online sales growth for the company and for communication with the agency responsible for SEO & PPC.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire SPRAVA, and what were your goals?

We were looking for someone who can handle the technical support for our website and increase visibility and traffic. So, we hired Sprava for SEO & PPC services. But they did way more! They built a marketing strategy for our business keeping in mind our main goals: improve keyword ranking in organic search results, boost website conversion, generate leads and sales and establish a brand presence online.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We gathered a few proposals when started looking for the agency. What we liked about Sprava the most is their approach to SEO and, of course, their experience and a lot of case studies in different niches. It shows great that they can handle specific requests.

As, all the companies are different, each of them needs individual approach. Sprava has it. We started from audit and it was so good, so we started working with them. And last but not least, their cost was so affordable considering all the services they've provided for us.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

The main channels were SEO and PPC. Among all the tools available in Google Ads, we used only advertising in Google Search, because our budget was limited and we needed to get sales pretty fast. First, we improved usability of the website and it was a great decision. All the Analytics tools were set up. Sprava created KW map for us based on the brief we're filled out.

And then, we started working on SEO: technical issues were fixed, all the existing content was optimized. Knowing that Local SEO is really important for us, Sprava payed a lot of attention to Google my Business and we got a lot of traffic from there. They also took care of implementing rich snippets for us. It helped us to stand out among the competitors. We're still working on improving SEO as we see that it shows great results. Amount of orders we're getting from the website increased almost 4 times.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

As far as we know, they have almost 30 team members. But all the communication was happening between us and our project-manager, Maria. And it was really comfortable. You don't need to chat with dozens of team members, Maria took care of all the communication and delivered all the information we needed. Also, Natalia who is CEO at Sprava, contacted us a few times when we needed to change the strategy and was really open to discuss all the questions we had.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since we started working on SEO & PPC, our conversion rate increased x2. Also, the amount of orders we're getting increased x4. For almost all the targeted keywords, our website is shown in maps above organic search results.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

The communication was really great. As we're living in fast world, we preferred to communicate through Telegram chat. But, all the most important files was duplicated via e-mail which was really useful. We also got the access to their CRM system, where we could see all the tasks and progress on them. At the beginning of each month, we got a plan of actions and, during the month, all the updates were delivered to us.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The thing we liked the most is their strategy. It's not just about positions or traffic, but, first, about the sales. They know this is the main reason any company creates the website; to grow the business and increase sales. Each of the action items they're proposing is oriented on improving the revenue. And they have a transparent reporting system. Each time we got the report, it was full of Maria's comments about how all those metrics influence on our business and recommendations about improvement.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Probably, the only thing I can mention here is adding more services they can provide, such as E-mail marketing.
