At some point we hire some of their web developers, and then QA and disgner, and a product managment for a certain need, and...more. Today, we just see them as a trevial extension to our organic RnD

The only time I can think of - that we experienced some delivery challenges and risks was when the war in Ukraine started and things were uncertain within the first 2 months. We knew this could come so we moved some delivery weight back to IL and returned it back when things settled down.
