Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m a former sales manager of Lyreco, an office supplies retail company. The company sells everything from desks, computers, printers, and paper. I was responsible for coffee supplies, including coffee machines and coffee.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with 4Eye Agency?

Our company had a partnership program. I saw examples of explainer videos for other companies and thought it could be useful to make one as an easy way to explain how the program worked.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

4Eye Agency produced an animated explainer video to teach our customers about our partnership program. The video featured a whiteboard and a hand drawing from off-camera. They handled script writing, video editing, and audio mixing, and the finished video was about two minutes long.

What is the team composition?

We worked with three teammates from 4Eye Agency: a team lead, a project manager, and a graphics person. 

How did you come to work with 4Eye Agency?

We contacted a couple of agencies, and a friend told me 4Eye Agency had good pricing and quality. They gave us a proposal and examples of their work at our request, and we saw they had a great process for checking the customer’s needs. 

How much have you invested with them?

We paid around €700 (approximately $700 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from January–April 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We put the video on the program’s site, and the number of clicks was pretty high, so we were happy with the results. The video was aimed at our customers, which are pretty small companies. We sent the video to 20,000 viewers, and 500–600 companies signed on to our program. 

How did 4Eye Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

They were in line with the deadlines and budget. Although their performance wasn’t spectacular, they were professional. We used Excel for project management and email and Microsoft Teams to communicate. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciated how 4Eye Agency took feedback. The video needed to be very precise regarding communication, so we had 4–5 revisions of the script due to corrections. 4Eye Agency listened to us and made all necessary changes. As a result, the finished product was very clear and gave appropriate knowledge to our customers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The first version of the script could have been better. Due to this issue, we had to do a lot of work to make the corrections. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

4Eye Agency is open to listening to their customers, and they’re professional.
