KanhaSoft has been integral to our work to maintain data in each IPD-compliant environment for our clients. The team has helped us create a positive, unique delivery. Their solutions are effective and have greatly helped us.

We anticipate that 70% of the time, the therapy we provide will resolve the joint pain and discomfort that participants experience. The way this has been put together, we can handle hundreds of thousands of participants’ interactions.

They have all performed well. They meet deadlines and stay on budget. Whenever we have a question or something isn’t operating correctly, I contact them, and they respond immediately. I can’t speak highly enough of KanhaSoft. I make a call, and they’re highly responsive. I use them for anything I need to have done technology-wise, and I know I’ll get great work at a reasonable expenditure.

KanhaSoft is quick to address issues and excels at communication. They reply quickly and solve issues effectively. Moreover, we have used an Asana board to track project management, although we initially used Google Sheets.

We have biweekly calls to discuss the projects and other calls as needed. We mainly communicate using Slack. Overall, the team is very responsive and sets realistic budgets and timeline expectations.

We were looking for an offshore technology development company that would do everything we needed without us having to create an internal team or find individuals outside North America to reduce costs. We wanted this technology partner to develop a proof of concept and an MVP and establish a relationship to cover continuous development iterations.

KanhaSoft provided us with custom software development and UX/UI design. They built the software from scratch based on some descriptions we offered to guide them on what we wanted.

We began by signing an NDA so that they could look at everything we provided. Then, the team returned with an in-depth project proposal of about 50 pages. After that, we had a kick-off sprint week, during which we met every day to define the process and how everything would look. As for the technologies, KanhaSoft used React.js, Python, and Django to create the software.

The solution KanhaSoft built for us worked perfectly. We were happy and satisfied with how everything turned out, and the team was willing to discuss, fix, and help us with anything we needed. We wouldn't have wanted to develop this product, especially the MVP, with anyone else. We achieved great results, were happy with those outcomes, and now have an ongoing relationship with KanhaSoft.

If the project hadn't succeeded, we wouldn't have engaged them any further. However, it made sense to continue working with them.

We had a few timeframes to work on the projects, but we also changed requirements and made daily changes. As for the budgets, they stuck perfectly to their quoted budgets. KanhaSoft took care of those differences, so we didn't have to worry about the budget.

We communicated via Facebook, Zoom, and Google Meet. They also used Figma for the design.

What did you find most impressive about them?

KanhaSoft was very receptive to delivering anything we needed and making changes as needed. They were very open to providing anything we requested, which was very nice. Moreover, their communication was very open, and everything flowed nicely. Overall, KanhaSoft offered us very satisfying work, and we were happy to have worked with them.

I can't think of anything they could change. In the future, with other projects, we might find some improvements. But thus far, we were happy with them.

Don't be afraid to ask questions, ask for advice, or negotiate with KanhaSoft because they're very open to all that, which is very positive. KanhaSoft is open to talking with you if you have any questions or concerns, so don't hesitate to contact them. It's very easy to communicate with them.

We were concerned about communication, mainly because of possible language and time zone barriers. However, we had no issues.

Kanhasoft was a long-term partner for almost 6 years. They provided more than half of our development team, with very low fluctuation. Together with them, we built our product from scratch and scaled it, where the whole frontend was built by them, and most of the backend. The developers were like full team members and worked basically on all parts of our product.

Our product is very successful today and we have a client NPS score of 75% with around 1250 hotels/customers, with the best ratings in our industry. We have a 100% growth rate at the moment. Kanhasoft provided more than half of our development team, without them we wouldn't have been able to build and scale such a great product. They built the whole FE and most of the backend features.

Their performance and commitment were outstanding, always delivering with great consistency. All of the developers they provided were excellent developers and helped us to solve countless problems. They always deliver clean code & architecture, everything was properly tested and our app proved to be very reliable with almost no downtime.

Communication was always very good, all of them spoke perfect English. We had countless great discussions, they brought many great ideas and suggestions to the table, and they were always there in case of emergencies, even at night time or on the weekends. We had regular daily meetings (following SCRUM methodology) and 2 weeks sprints to manage our development and to track the progress.

They built something from scratch they took an idea and they helped us formulate the plan the dream and they were extremely responsive. They were very creative and they were able to plug into multiple different apis and programs. They were also very quick and able to pivot as we changed and moved around some ideas and some modules.

Additionally, they were extremely communicative. They were available 24/7 in case we had an emergency or if we had a server issue they were always available to fix and troubleshoot any issues we have.

We really have no comment on this as they were wonderful and we would use them and continue to use them moving forward we are starting multiple different projects and we are using this team and only this team.

What challenge were you trying to address with KanhaSoft?

For one project, we needed help creating a translation management system. We also hired them through our matchmaking company to create a matchmaking system and an app to go with it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

For our translation management system, we started out by walking through the system we’d already been using because we wanted to create something customized that had similar functions. They designed and developed the platform using Bootstrap. The main features included the ability to create profiles for freelancers, translators, and clients; they also set up a way to create and track projects, an invoicing system, and user messaging capabilities.

With the matchmaking service, we started from scratch. I did some very basic design using the web platform Wix and then they coded everything according to my designs. The features on that platform included the ability to create user profiles and upload images, as well as user messaging. They also coded algorithms that automatically match people. In addition, they developed a mobile app for Android and iOS that’s in the process of launching.

Beyond those projects, they also fill in for us any time we don’t have the internal resources to do development work ourselves.

I found them years ago via an online platform for hiring freelancers. We went through an extensive search because some of the developers we’d hired in the past weren’t very good. They gave us a good spec document, communicated well, and made one of the most competitive quotes for our project.

Building our own translation management platform has brought our costs down, which was one of our main goals. We’ve also been able to tailor the system to meet our specific business needs.

With the matchmaking platform, KanhaSoft has modernized it and made it more user-friendly by developing the mobile app. Since that project’s still in development, we measure their work based on how well it tests during the development process. Our team evaluates each project along the way to ensure that everything works as expected before moving on.

How did KanhaSoft perform from a project management standpoint?

We kept in touch via Skype daily and used email to follow up. If there’s a major project component underway, we’ll also have a one-hour conference call at least once a month. In addition, we use a project management tool to report any bugs we find. It’s been very easy to keep track of everything and their team communicates well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very hands-on. I’ve never worked with anyone who’s this available and solves problems so quickly. Their communication skills really stand out. You always feel like you’re in the loop.

We initially had an issue with keeping track of communication because we were using so many different platforms, but at the moment there aren’t any problems.
