Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• An extensive AWS infrastructure has been built to manage a fleet of our devices. All the necessary components have been developed and deployed, including a Kubernetes cluster as a core, a database, all the necessary CI/CS pipelines and so on.
• A ML/AI model has been built from scratch on the device data. The desired accuracy of 5% has been achieved.
• A modern UI/UX design for the web panel has been implemented in Figma and transferred to the frontend developers.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

During the interaction with Flyaps, our products have been successfully launched as an MVP and presented in a number of conferences being highly rated.

The project management with Flyaps is always transparent and flexible. Both Flyaps developers and management understand the business needs even if they change and are doing their best to contribute. We have regular SCRUM-based syncs and we are happy seeing the Flyaps devs to propose the best technical solutions based on business requirements. They demonstrate a mature and professional approach. If we experience any issues, they are typically resolved with the Flyaps management in a chat during a couple of hours.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

• We worked with 4 developers from Flyaps, each of them was a really great professional. We have never claimed to replace anybody of who was proposed by Flyaps. This is a high standard.
• The Flyaps management is really nice. We used to work with different consultancies, we ended up with Flyaps as with them is almost no issue that we can't solve quickly and effectively.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Flyaps could have done differently?

Just to continue the same way of how they are working now

We had our PM. They usually delivered work on time, with no crucial issues. Communication is good, leaving some room for improvement.

Mobile spectrum is a valuable and finite resource and its inefficient use impacts the quality of experience for Customers and Mobile Operators’ bottom line. EcoBytes offers a solution to this problem by tokenizing mobile data to optimize spectrum usage and reward/motivate Customer’s network efficiency.

This saves billions of dollars in costs for Operators, generates billions in new revenue, and amplifies their ESG initiatives. EcoBytes turns customers into loyal, lifelong fans by creating a win-win dividend where Customers, Partners, and Causes win when their Operator saves.
