Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the manager at an Australian cleaning services company. We offer shopping-trolley collection and cleaning services to the entire Victoria area, and we have a large number of people working under us.

What challenge were you trying to address with 45 Media?

We needed help building a website. We wanted more people to find us, so we needed the site to perform well on Google.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

45 Media designed and developed our WordPress website. We had a few discussions about the site initially, but I didn’t provide them with any material. I just told them I wanted a high-quality and clean-looking website — I left the rest up to their creativity.

45 Media then developed a simple website that we could manage by ourselves through a backend admin panel. They also provided all of the site’s content. We finished the development last October 2021, and we could start marketing in January 2022.

We plan to run more projects with 45 Media, but we’re just coming out of a lockdown. We first needed to figure out what to do and set up a budget.

What is the team composition?

I worked with a project manager, but I didn’t talk with the developers.

How did you come to work with 45 Media?

We googled for web designers near us, and 45 Media showed up in first place. I called them, and they gave me an excellent explanation of their services. They also offered a quote in just about an hour, and their price was reasonable. 

I gave their portfolio a quick look. I liked everything, so I decided to work with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $12,000 AUD (approximately $9,000 USD). 

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from September–October 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

45 Media’s team had been creative, and I loved their work — they delivered the website I was looking for.

How did 45 Media perform from a project management standpoint?

45 Media set to complete the website within 30 working days, and they finished in around 25 days. Their team was knowledgeable — I didn’t need to explain that much to them when we started. They knew what they were doing, and they always contacted me for new ideas. 

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we mostly interacted through Zoom, phone calls, and WhatsApp. However, I had also met them face-to-face a couple of times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I love the way that 45 Media recommended features for the website. Agencies usually didn’t provide enough information because they didn’t want to make too many changes to the platform. 45 Media was different — they always gave me suggestions, and they never asked for an extra payment.

Additionally, it was impressive how they could explain the project so that I, a non-technical person, could understand. Their work was illustrative of how to build business relationships with clients. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. My website was amazing.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Just talk with 45 Media. They will explain everything about the design, so there’s nothing to think about.

We found them on google. We told them to make custom design not copy or template. They did really awesome work and we're really happy with our web design.

First we had initial discussion with project manager and we clearly told them that we're looking for custom built high quality website. They prepared design part first and after my approval, move to development.

We got best results with our web design, it's really nice attractive website. we can see results and more inquires.

They were professional and good at communication. Pricing is best and easy to deal with.

I think they're best at what they're doing and no need to change anything. All the best team 45 Media.
