We've seen a good overall uptick on our online form submission (paid), which has also lead to a steady increase in organic traffic. This has lead to many new clients, and we are hoping that the growth maintains.

Filtering out spam form submissions online. Which has been an issue, but something we are actively working on. Not sure how easy it is to filter those out and I'm not even sure if we are paying for those submissions, but they do stack up sometimes. But that is no different than receiving spam calls on the office line, it's going to happen no matter what.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It’s too soon to share specific metrics because we only launched a few weeks ago. However, users have given positive feedback about the new website, saying it’s easier to navigate and find what they’re looking for. It’s also simple to find our contact information and more engaging and modern.

Traffic has increased since day one, leads are coming in on a regular basis, almost daily, which was not the case prior to the project kicking off.

Communication is key with our business and was the same with 42 Connect. Each step of the way we would have a zoom call and they explained what was needed, being done, and next steps. Smooth, clean, efficient process.

No issues and very easy. We're busy running our own business and this project did not bog us down. They took the lead and we interjected only when absolutely necessary.

I’m the owner of Mattress Mill. We manufacture mattresses that can be bought directly from us. Our business has been running for 36 years.

We were trying to find the correct marketing and advertising path that would for us. We also got tired of having to pay for TV spots all the time. Hence, we wanted to delve away from traditional advertising by investing more in our website, which was what we hired 42connect for.

This includes developing and designing two different websites from scratch, as well as redesigning another one. They also maintain and host these sites for us. Additionally, their team provides SEO and PPC services for us. They help us with conducting keyword research, writing blog content, and running paid ads across various platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

Since working with 42connect, we’ve seen consistent improvements in terms of leads, website traffic, and conversions. Overall, we’ve been very happy with their work, which is why we continue to work with them.

They’ve done a great job of meeting deadlines and staying within budget. Moreover, they always send us reports that tell us lots of various data indicating what they’re doing and what metrics have decreased or increased. This basically helps us know what’s going on all the time. For communication, we use email and phone calls.

We really like how honest they are about their work They always test and analyze the results to see if what they’re doing is really working or not. They also provide data to show us how they know that.
