I'm an owner of a private practice medical clinic providing full scope medical care to patients of all ages.

For what projects/services did your company hire 3Fold IT, LLC?

We needed full service IT integration and ongoing support. We needed device set-up and management with daily availability for onsite and remote troubleshooting. Physical and web based security and HIPAA compliant data back-up solutions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had previously worked with this vendor and experienced exceptional service and support. Cost efficient and reliable.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

On site physical implementation and active support of devices for all employees. Integration of existing hardware with new upgrades. After hardware set up, they provided onsite support until we were confident in the new equipment and software. They continue to provide troubleshooting and support remotely or on site if we request.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked directly with the owner/operators on site and remotely as well as an on site support technician.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

On site, initial set up was completed at or ahead of promised date and caused almost no interruption of daily business. We continue to enjoy daily satisfaction with initial set up and ongoing services. Work flow issues are addressed in a very timely fashion.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had no issues with interpersonal communication and continue to have strong relationships with the company.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I feel confident in their ability. They proved themselves to be reliable and relatable and they continue to seek feedback for improvements. They are cost effective and prioritize not having to interrupt our daily workflow for any troubleshooting.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Initially I was confused on some of the up front costs but they were all explained after I asked about them and all were found to be reasonable and understandable.
