Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The project was managed through a single lead developer who served as our primary point of contact throughout the entire engagement. This approach made communication clear and efficient, and helped ensure a strong understanding of our business needs and overall vision.
The team was highly responsive to questions, feedback, and change requests. While the development timeline extended beyond the original estimate and there were a few technical hiccups along the way, these issues were ultimately resolved successfully. The vendor remained engaged, communicative, and committed to addressing challenges as they arose.
Despite the extended timeline, the consistent communication, responsiveness, and continuity of working with one lead developer made the process smooth overall and helped ensure the final product met our expectations.
What was your primary form of communication with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What stands out most is their strong execution and commitment to problem-solving. Throughout the project, they consistently worked through challenges and found practical solutions to ensure the product was completed successfully in a timely manner. Their willingness to adapt, troubleshoot, and see issues through to resolution demonstrated a high level of ownership and dedication to delivering a working solution.
Are there any areas for improvement or something AppZoro Technologies, Inc. could have done differently?
Overall, this was a very complex project, and much of that complexity stemmed from the nature of building a custom CRM with many moving parts and interdependent workflows. As this was our first experience developing an application of this scale, there was a learning curve on our side as well.
One area for potential improvement would be in the early-stage planning and design process. Because of the complexity of the system, some challenges arose from assumptions made during development or from details that were not fully defined upfront. Having more structured tools or processes to help visualize workflows, document edge cases, and validate functionality earlier in the project may have helped reduce some of the back-and-forth later on.
Additionally, while the team was responsive and committed, the review and feedback process could at times feel time-intensive. As business owners focused on daily operations, reviewing designs, testing features, and providing detailed feedback often had to happen late at night or outside of normal working hours. A more streamlined or collaborative design review process might have helped make this easier and more efficient.
That said, the project itself was very ambitious, and the team consistently worked through challenges as they arose. The experience highlighted opportunities for even stronger structure and tooling around complex CRM development, particularly for first-time app builders.

The client is satisfied with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.’s quality work; they’ve delivered the desired results in a short time. Moreover, the client has already presented the demo at a law enforcement conference. The team understands the client’s needs and is involved and focused on development.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the co-owner of Convoy Judicial Transport LLC, a new company that will provide software and an application that allows police departments to use off-duty police officers employed by other police agencies in the area to transport prisoners.
Since we’re a software-driven company, the platform itself is the business.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
We needed someone who understood what we were trying to accomplish and what services would be provided.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
AppZoro Technologies, Inc. has developed a mobile application for the convoy drivers and a desktop software to manage the platform for the user agencies, which are police departments that use it and post jobs.
We met with Sam (Founder & CEO) to discuss our vision. He asked us to write what we wanted to see and the capabilities we wanted in the software. We just dreamed out loud and put it down on paper for him.
Then, we worked together to develop a framework and outline for what we envisioned the software and app to do. They listened and understood our vision and needs; we tweaked that with them and then signed off on it. Once they understood that, they got to work quickly.
From there, they’ve included us in the development process as needed or whenever we have input.
The officers take home police vehicles, and the convoy software allows the police departments to manage, onboard, and offboard their police officers as convoy drivers, run reports, and post jobs and transports that must be completed. The app allows off-duty police officers using their take-on vehicles to accept jobs, complete the transport jobs, and get paid through the app.
Additionally, AppZoro Technologies, Inc. has offered to do our marketing, especially social media-based marketing. However, we haven’t used those services yet.
What is the team composition?
Sam is our point of contact, and he directs at least 2–3 developers working on the project.
How did you come to work with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
My co-owner recommended them. He had used AppZoro Technologies, Inc. in the past and had an excellent experience with one of his businesses, so we had a good track record with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in the middle of April 2024, and our partnership is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve gotten the results we were looking for. Moreover, we’re confident enough in the software. It works, and AppZoro Technologies, Inc. has tested it, especially on the financial side, where the transactions take place and the users are paid.
Since the app affects law enforcement agencies, the timeline was driven by them. In the summer, law enforcement agencies have trade shows and conferences; we wanted to attend those as a company and demonstrate the new technology. AppZoro Technologies, Inc. delivered before the conference season began, so we’ve already attended one conference and were able to demo it. Additionally, we’ll attend three more conferences in the next few weeks.
Overall, we’re ready to launch the platform, which has taken a short time compared to other development projects we’ve been involved in. We’re very pleased with the product and how long it has taken.
How did AppZoro Technologies, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve completed tasks in a timely manner and come in right at what they estimated the project would cost. They haven’t gone beyond the financial estimate.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
What’s really great about Sam is that he works hard to understand our needs before going down the development road. Moreover, we regularly discuss the project as it’s being developed, so he involves us heavily in the process and helps us manage our time and costs.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Our project is a specific, niche development. AppZoro Technologies, Inc. has focused on completing the software in such a specific way that we haven’t seen any weaknesses in their work.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Every company can improve what they do, but I don’t have any improvement suggestions to offer.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Put things on paper and make notes. If you’re developing software with a company like AppZoro Technologies, Inc., it’s good to write down your ideas so you can have your notes in front of you and share them in your regular calls with the developers. You could have an idea while you’re cutting the grass or shaving your face; there’s so much that goes into development that just putting things on paper can help you because talking with the developers is always a good idea.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
The mission was to create a mobile app marketplace in which people who want to be rideshare drivers could browse vehicles, book and pay, receive insurance and registration documents, and verify their Uber/Lyft accounts.
Additionally we commissioned Appzoro to build a suite of tools to enable any company with a surplus of vehicles to list their vehicles on the mobile app and stand up an instant, turnkey car rental business. Appzoro has already completed the mobile app and we have launched version 1.0 of the fleet management tool. We operate our $2M/year business entirely on the software that Appzoro built for us
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
The biggest one was that we were able to completely migrate from the 3rd party tools we were using to operate our business to exclusively using the software that we 100% own and designed (developed by Appzoro)
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Overall I've been very impressed with the dedication the Appzoro team has to our project. Anytime there are issues or bugs, Appzoro team members respond to our messages extremely quickly and put together a plan to fix the problem. I judge partners by how they react when there are problems, not when things are going smoothly. Appzoro passes that test with flying colors.
What was your primary form of communication with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
Virtual Meeting
Email or Messaging App
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
You get the price benefit of overseas developers while still having management in the US as a point of contact.
Are there any areas for improvement or something AppZoro Technologies, Inc. could have done differently?
Sometimes we would expect more "best practices" recommendations from the team when we're developing features that are common across a lot of software

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The timeline took longer than we both expected due to delays on our part with internal staff changes. AppZoro Technologies, Inc. was responsive and flexible. The process progressed with weekly meetings to review design and request changes to meet our needs. Progress was made weekly as evident through weekly meetings and regular updates from Project Manager via email.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
We establsihed weekly meetings and regular email updates if necessary to alert us on any matters that required immediate attention before the meeting. The Project Manager responded quickly with a willingness to provide a solution or to fulfill a request.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I enjoyed working with Hari and Tanu because they were friendly, easy to get along with and understanding when we required additional efforts to assure the accessibility of the website.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Our first design meeting was not with the Wireframe designer, but with the Project Manager sharing designs based on some sites that we suggested as examples of what we wanted to model. I recommend starting with meeting with the Wireframe Designer and discussing what the client likes about those sites and not leading with assumptions. We quickly recovered from that first meeting and there were no further concerns.

AppZoro Technologies, Inc. has helped a wellness brand develop a cross-platform mobile app that serves as a planner. Currently, they’re fixing small bugs, and they’ll be in charge of updates moving forward.
The app developed by AppZoro Technologies, Inc. has received very positive feedback from the first users, and the client is very satisfied with the product. The team is very organized, proactive, and communicative.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the marketing director at The Dragontree, a wellness brand with brick-and-mortar stores and an e-commerce site. We sell bath and body goods, muscles and joints products, books, journals, and planners.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
Our planner is our number one selling product online, and our usual buyers for hardcopy planners are people 45–65 years old. We were trying to make a product more appealing to a younger audience to potentially increase our recurring revenue, so we decided to launch it in an app format.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
AppZoro has helped us develop our app. First, they broke the process into two steps. For the first couple of months, we worked through the app’s design, and we had constant meetings to address design changes. During this step, we also revised the wireframes and evaluated potential issues with the app’s usability.
Once we finished the design phase, AppZoro jumped into the development phase. First, they created a web-based mock-up app to see how it would work. Then, we moved into the actual mobile app development for both iOS and Android operating systems.
During this phase, AppZoro has done weekly testings on the app to ensure its functionality, and we’re currently wrapping up the project. We still have some things to fix, and we will surely keep working with them for future updates.
What is the team composition?
I’ve mainly worked with Sam (Chief Architect & Project Lead) and Prabhat (Quality Analyst & Delivery Manager), although we’ve also worked with more of their teammates.
How did you come to work with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
AppZoro came highly recommended by a friend who had done a development project with them. I talked to Sam, and our conversation went really well. Still, I was indecisive between them and another company, but I ultimately chose AppZoro based on my friend’s recommendation.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $70,000–$90,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in July 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’re slowly rolling the app out to our existing audience before releasing it to the public, and the feedback we’ve gotten from our hardcopy planner clients has been great; they like the app a lot. Although we still have some bugs to fix, I’m not worried about them because they’re expected as this is a new app.
How did AppZoro Technologies, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate via email and have weekly Zoom calls.
What did you find most impressive about them?
AppZoro is very organized, and Prabhat is always on top of everything; he’s awesome.
Are there any areas they could improve?
We’ve had small communication issues, but these are common when working with an overseas team; it’s not their fault.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Before engaging with AppZoro, we created a detailed list of our requirements and goals so that we could be very upfront about them.

By learning about the client's industry and taking an iterative development approach, AppZoro Technologies, Inc. has created a fully functional, well-received software. They’ve brought the client to a very competitive level and have adapted well to internal processes and work hours.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the VP of Operations for Judicial Innovations LLC. We are a credit card processing company located in Georgia.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
We hired AppZoro to develop a web-based product.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
AppZoro helped us create an online virtual courtroom, building the technology through our guidance and design. We presented to them our concepts for the functionality and UX, and they built off of our ideas, continuously iterating on the product. Since this is a new space for AppZoro, we gave them a fair amount of time to develop their intuitiveness towards the product. After a few weeks, they got really well acquainted with our industry.
What is the team composition?
Our primary contact is the project manager, but we’re also in touch with Sam (Founder & CEO).
How did you come to work with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
We got a really good reference from AppZoro, which was one of the primary reasons we went with them. Our project was certainly outside of their normal project since it’s in the government space and involves a product that emulates the courtroom experience through a virtual setting, so it really meant a lot to us to have the reference. We went through a lot of discussions with them before choosing them, and we got right into the project right after that.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working with them in May 2020, and we’re still actively engaged with AppZoro.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
AppZoro has been extremely instrumental in every phase of the project. The platform that we’ve built is really ahead of its time. Though we have not marketed it in a traditional manner, we’ve received lots of compliments and referrals for it. We are now in a place where we have only one primary competitor.
How did AppZoro Technologies, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
There’s never been a language barrier or an issue with our difference in time zones. Their team has been really great at adapting to what works best for us, and they always make themselves very available despite our remote arrangement.
We conduct several meetings, some of them as needed. Depending on the situation, their entire team or just one person would be on the call with me. Their organizational structure allows for a clean, layered approach, and they do a very good job of segmenting whatever the manager is overseeing. They stay within their roles, and they know how to assist each other. We always know who is handling what and we always know who to ask.
We primarily communicate through email and Zoom, but a lot of our staff collaborates with AppZoro through Jira.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their pricing and project management are definite standouts. We like that Sam and the project manager are very involved in the process, helping us iron out and double-check whatever the team is working on. They’ve even encouraged us to be very upfront and direct in terms of what we need.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we are very satisfied with the work that they have done for us. However, this doesn’t mean there hasn’t been a scenario where weren’t quite happy with them. They’ve made a few errors which were probably due to them not thinking through things well enough the first time, but they’ve developed a certain intuitiveness because of it. It’s been a process, and I think everyone deserves time to perfect their work, so that’s a natural critique.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be direct from start to finish. If you have gone through this process numerous times or haven’t gone through it at all, it is to your benefit to do this. They make themselves extremely available.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We’re a local government organization. I’m a senior planner working in the city’s community development department.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
We had a grant that required us to partner with researchers and start a tech-based project. For this project, we hired AppZoro.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
AppZoro wrote code and developed our app. We shared our requirements for how the product should work and how it should look with them. For example, we needed scheduling, location, and tracking services in the platform. They then wrote the code. Their team also registered the app in the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
What is the team composition?
I worked with a team lead, a project manager, and a team member who led testing.
How did you come to work with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
We had a bid, and AppZoro provided the lowest price. That’s why we chose them.
How much have you invested in them?
We spent between $40,000–$50,000 on their services.
What is the status of this engagement?
The project started in March 2020, and we finished working with AppZoro in November 2020.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
AppZoro was able to complete the work and it was professional. They gave us feedback. The product’s live, so the project went well.
Our app's audience is a small community in our city. The platform's related to school kids who aren’t attending school much due to COVID-19. As a result, we had a humongous challenge and didn’t have much success in that town.
How did AppZoro Technologies, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
We had weekly meetings and used BlueJeans, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams to communicate. AppZoro proposed many different platforms for project management but we weren’t picky. We just had virtual meetings with them.
What did you find most impressive about them?AppZoro has the potential to grow. Most of their tech team’s based in India while their sales team’s over here. Their team wanted to learn and get things done, so AppZoro was good in that sense. They finished the project.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They should definitely secure better resources and sustain them. It may be part of their business model, but AppZoro had to let people go because they ran out of money in their budget. They need to have talented resources on staff all the time.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I would tell them to stay positive.

client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
My company is called Truck Your Way, a mobile application that does both hauling and delivery services of dump trucks. I’m the president, co-founder, and owner of the business.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
We had a developmental challenge: our app has over 500,000 lines of code. When I went to AppZoro, I had a hybrid app, meaning the code was for both Android and iOS devices. However, I was running into several challenges in processing between pages because the code was so thick.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
AppZoro helped me figure out that I needed two separate codes: one for Android and one for iOS. I decided to go that route and have specific code written for each app.
We started with the design. We sat down with their team and went over our ideas, really taking scopes from paper and turning them into digital formats. We put the elements of the latest technology compared to that.
Then, we began a daily developmental process. We worked very diligently with the AppZoro team to make changes and test functionality. We tested everything they developed and either made changes or went through with it. That created new avenues and allowed us to see additional code that needed to be written or designs that needed to be created. We continued to go through that process.
During implementation, we had a live team with us to make ongoing changes, on demand. Any time we had a glitch or needed to make an update, the team was available and accessible. They were basically at our disposal whenever we needed them, which was very helpful.
We continue to use them for maintenance. Their maintenance package includes ongoing support. They do updates and provide ongoing support, making sure the app works smoothly and flawlessly.
What is the team composition?
We had a design and implementation team, and then we had a developmental team. I worked with three people from the design team and seven people from the developmental side. I’m now working with two people on maintenance.
How did you come to work with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
I did research on the top 10 app companies in Atlanta. I’m fortunate to be in Atlanta because it’s in a tech-savvy city that somewhat mirrors Silicon Valley. I did a lot of research on reviews and did interviews with the top 10 app companies in Atlanta.
I felt that AppZoro was going to be a good partner for us long-term, not only in terms of price but also because they could match what we were looking for as far as growth and stability.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent toward $250,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked on the app through pretty much all of 2019 and into 2020. The app was completely organic and homegrown, so every time we did testing, we found something new that the app needed. That meant we had to push back the implementation live date.
The project began in November 2019, and then we really got started in 2019. They wrapped up development in March 2020.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
COVID-19 has been a hindrance on our ability to go out and find new business. Therefore, we’ve taken a different approach to really understand the different mechanics we have within the app and work toward a marketing strategy to find new consumers and service providers, which are contracted dump truck drivers.
Writing separate code for the iOS and Android apps really helped speed up the processing time between pages and make the apps more efficient. It also cut back on some of the code I had.
How did AppZoro Technologies, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
They did very well. AppZoro was available anytime we needed their help via email and phone. They were also available on a platform, through which we shared documents. We had daily Zoom calls to communicate as well.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I was most impressed by their innovation, partnership, and willingness to never give up. We probably challenged AppZoro more than any other client they’ve ever had because what we built has never been done before; there was nothing to copy or benchmark from. We took an idea and turned that into an application, and it was phenomenal. It’s basically three apps in one that communicate and do cross-referencing multiple times throughout one order.
We invented technology when creating this app. AppZoro was able to write that technology that we invented and trademarked, and that was so impressive to me. AppZoro was able to really help and make sure that they saw the project to full fruition. They never gave up on us, no matter how challenging it was. They took the challenge full-strength and they delivered and got it done, and I’m very proud of them for that.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think the timeframe could’ve been a little bit tighter. The fact that it came out when the pandemic started was a little frustrating, but that’s out of my control. I do think they did the best they could with the resources they had, and I’m aware of that. I just would’ve liked to have seen some faster approaches to getting things done a little bit quicker.
Any advice for potential customers?
Details, details, details. You need to have all of your ducks in line and have a very clear, precise plan for AppZoro. They’re very good at helping to engage, grow, and run with that. They’re not going to tell you how to run your business or what to do, but they’re great about letting you know what they’ve seen before on the development side and what works or doesn’t work.
A company looking to build an app is going to find a fair price and a good partnership with AppZoro. They will also find a team that’s willing to work. All of those things are very important. They’re a great company to work with.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of imsafenow. We provide technology to keep women and children safe.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
I was having a hard time finding a software developer with hardware experience that could connect our IoT device with our software.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
AppZoro Technologies, Inc. helped develop the connection between our IoT device and the software it needs. They created a native mobile app for both Android and iOS devices, building the backend architecture and designing the UI. As features were added, I took part in the testing process.
What is the team composition?
We work with a project manager who is my point of contact, an Android developer, an iOS developer, a backend database architect, and a UI person.
How did you come to work with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
One member of our board of advisors knew of AppZoro Technologies, Inc., which was local to Atlanta. He introduced me to them. When I talked to Sam, he said that he understood our problem and wanted to demonstrate that they could do it. He took the hardware we’d selected and connected it to a mock app, which gave me confidence that they could provide the solution we needed.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent $60,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in August 2019, and the project is set to wrap up soon.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The Android app is complete and works as intended. I’ve given it to my less tech-savvy friends, and they’re able to use it without issue. It’s been a good experience.
How did AppZoro Technologies, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
The entire team uses Slack to collaborate, even though the project manager and I are the main communicators. They always know what’s going on and what my concerns are.
What did you find most impressive about them?
AppZoro Technologies, Inc. is very transparent and upfront about how long each task takes. It’s always frustrating when a company claims one thing and does another.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They didn’t deliver the iOS version as fast as they delivered the Android app.
Any advice for potential customers?
Be clear about your expectations and goals. Have a vision in mind of where you want to take the product and what timeline you’re looking for. That helps AppZoro Technologies, Inc. staff the project appropriately.

AppZoro Technologies, Inc. helped develop a private social network platform, including iOS and Android apps, a web app, and a website. They did front- and backend development, API integration, and encryption.
AppZoro Technologies, Inc. delivered a functional platform that internal stakeholders are pleased with. The team was readily available and managed the project well. They treated the business as if it were their own.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of USpace, a private social network without media. Users only connect to people they know. The activity tends to be in secret or private rooms and one-to-one contact.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
I created the concept and the logic behind the social network, and I needed help rendering that in code.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
An independent contractor designed the frontend of the iOS and Android apps, which I provided to AppZoro Technologies, Inc. so that they could develop the backend. They built the database, applied the APIs, and configured the frontend to the backend. They built out the apps to work with the entire platform. We released the apps on Google Play and then the App Store.
AppZoro Technologies, Inc. then designed a mobile-optimized web app based on the mobile app’s color palette and basic page structure. They developed the web app’s front- and backends. The team encrypted the entire platform and plugged both the mobile apps and the web app into the same backend. They did all development in PHP. They also designed our website’s frontend and did all of the mobile optimizations.
What is the team composition?
My team worked with Android, iOS, and backend developers. We had a project manager/business analyst who facilitated communication between our teams, and AppZoro Technologies, Inc. brought extra team members onto sprints if necessary. We had the option to talk to an executive-level manager and even the owner.
How did you come to work with AppZoro Technologies, Inc.?
I considered vendors local to Atlanta. A couple of people recommended AppZoro Technologies, Inc., as they had experiencing developing network-based applications.
How much have you invested with them?
I spent $100,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from July 2018 –February 2019.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
AppZoro Technologies, Inc. delivered as promised. They helped me create a functional, completely private communication platform that people can access from anywhere in the world.
How did AppZoro Technologies, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
AppZoro Technologies, Inc. was always available. They put all featured tasks within a spreadsheet, and we had weekly update calls to check progress. We also used Slack to communicate.
There was one instance in which AppZoro Technologies, Inc. didn’t effectively communicate how long they’d take to deliver a feature.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They were committed to making everything right. Their CEO managed client expectations well and was very flexible. He did a great job looking out for his business and ours, and his ability to balance the two was unlike anything I’ve experienced with a contractor before. Also, although this wasn’t in the original project scope, they designed our site’s frontend and did all mobile optimizations because we hadn’t contracted our designer to do so. I was very grateful that they took this on.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I’d be willing to spend more on frontend documentation so that if I need to, I can move my entire kit to another developer. This is the nature of the economy and how development works.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Be prepared to deliver a lot of information on your end to get it done fast. They’re a very user-friendly company.
