We are a food delivery service provider. In the mobile app developed by 360 team, Users can choose a restaurant & order any dish from the menu they want. our delivery boy gets the notification from the app & collects the order from the restaurant & delivers it to the user.

We hired 360 Degree Technosoft for revamping our app’s UI and enhancing it’s overall performance in terms of speed and stability. Apart from this, we also wanted to fix a few bugs that were hampering the UX.

What were your goals for this project?

Our primary goal was to improve the app’s usability while elevating it’s UX. There were quite a few features we wanted to add and address some bugs.

We were looking for an agency who specialized in mobile app development. Our team shortlisted 5 companies based on their industry expertise and clientele. They had calls with all the agencies, understood their offerings, and finally selected 360 Degree Technosoft as they had everything we wanted in our potential technology partner.

They first analyzed our app’s code architecture to check for inconsistencies that could be addressed along the way. Post that, they started working on the UI while simultaneously fixing bugs in the app. Once we finalized the UI design, they implemented it to our app.

We were assigned a project manager, a team of senior developers, UI architects, and QA engineers.

After deploying the new code, the app’s performance improved by 10% and the new UI was very well received by our users.

We’re a reservation app for reserving tables at restaurants and ordering food for pick up. The app is for companies in Kuwait that specialize in these services.

We asked them to build us a mobile app for iOS and Android.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The app helps customers reserve tables at restaurants in advance. Once they come to the restaurant, they can find their tables ready and don't need to put their names on a waiting list. They also can order their favorite food from the app, so they can pick up their orders once they come to the restaurant. The app is a time saver.

What is the team dynamic?

They had one account manager, and maybe 10 or 15 developers assigned to our project.

How did you come to work with 360 Degree Technosoft?

I found them online while I was searching for an app development company. I checked out two companies but chose to work with them because they had already done projects similar to mine.

How much have you invested with them?

We have invested $50,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The app is not live yet. I'm developing some features so that I can update it.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve worked a lot and have taken care of this big project for me. The app is perfect and we like it, as well as our clients. Since the project is relatively new, I don’t have any metrics. The app is about one month away from being published.

How did 360 Degree Technosoft perform from a project management standpoint?

I’ve contacted them through Skype, WhatsApp, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The app looks very nice. They are professional, their teamwork is great, they are flexible with their clients, and everything is clear with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their problem, which is something that affects all development companies, is hitting deadlines. Sometimes, they would say something would be complete in 15 days and it would take 17 or 18 days. I’ve encountered this many times with them and other companies.

Do you have any advice for potential clients of theirs?

Clients should know all the features of their application, so once they explain it, they can get everything correct the first time.

BACKGROUND

We are a mobile application solution startup in Switzerland. We have two employees and just launched our first app in August. We are still finding clients, but have a solid iOS and Android application.

We needed to find an affordable outsourced solution to design and develop the app. We had the idea and could act as project managers but needed a company to create the app for us. 

SOLUTION

We had an idea for an application that we could show our initial clients. We decided to narrow our search to Indian firms because of their skill and competitive pricing. We did Google searches for Indian mobile app developers.

We found 360 Technosoft online and decided to contact them. We ended up hiring them on an hourly basis to develop and design our iOS and Android application in a short time period. We started in June and needed to launch in August.

Before the app was launched, they worked about 25 hours per week on our project. Since the launch, we have been working with them on adding enhancements. They currently work about 10 hours per work on these smaller initiatives.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

The app was successful and is listed in the App Store and Google Play. We are happy with their ability to work on a tight schedule and produce our ideas into a workable product. They always offered a different perspective and gave good suggestions.

At this point, it's a partnership because they want us to succeed so they can get more work and more revenue. They even worked nights, weekends, and holidays to get the app launched. They seemed to put a lot of energy and effort into our smaller project. 

They took ownership of the project and made sure it was on time and on budget, so I have no complaints. I can't think of anything they could improve on. We are excited to continue working with them.

They did front-end development: The functionality module and the servers. They developed front end and integration with the front end. We provided the back-end part.

What was your process for selecting 360 Degree Technosoft with which to work?

I am from India so wanted to work with Indian firms. We put out applications and had many options. We evaluated the options out of five and 360 Technosoft was the best in terms of the work they have done before and their prices.

Can you provide a ballpark dollar figure for the size of the work that they’ve done for you?

They have done two projects: One for iPhone and one for Android. iPhone was quite a long project. It took almost four months and Android took almost five months. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the results of the project?

The project is completed, but there are some changes to be done so it’s still ongoing. The application is completely finished, but we are planning to update it. It has launched and been in the App Store for almost one year. If I were to rate them out of 10, I’d rate them an eight.

Do you have any statistics or metrics to track improvement from the project?

The downloads have been successful and the business seems positive but no concrete results yet.

Is there anything unique about them that really makes them stand out, compared to other companies?

They grasped the idea and communicated with us about it. They took our ideas and developed into an application and it was right 95 percent of the time.

Looking back on the work so far, is there any area that you think they could improve upon or something that you might do differently?

When they develop a product, they should give good quality instead of us having to go back to them for improvements the second round. They should just give us good quality right off the bat with better testing.
