The project started with meetings with members of the company to define main goals and details of the campaign. As soon as we delivered historical sources about the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising the team started to create our story character’s scenarios and described particular years, from 1940 to the end of the Uprising – 1943.

After we accepted all of the content and schedule we met in person to record videos in the museum's headquarters – Behrsons and Baumans Hospital. It took a few days to edit all of the videos, but after that happened we were ready to get started with the campaign!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The numbers speak for themselves! According to the brief – we hit the target group on our social media and built a community on TikTok (over 2000 followers), going viral with a few videos. Also the comments about the campaign were extremely flattering – either from our followers on social media and from other museum educators.

Our cooperation was managed very well – 25wat team had a lot of ideas and even if something was unclear they always came to inquire about this. Although the subject of the campaign was tough they handled it and delivered qualitative content. The deadlines were established earlier, nevertheless they made everything on time and that undoubtedly contributed to achieve all the goals.

I’m a product manager at Squareball Digital, a digital agency that designs and builds digital products. We mainly create apps, but we also implement an enterprise software solution called Okta.

What challenge were you trying to address with 25wat?

We hired 25wat to help us break into the Polish market with Okta.

What was the scope of their involvement?

25wat helped us launch our marketing campaigns in Poland. Initially, we had a workshop in which their entire team got involved because they needed to get a deeper understanding of what we did. After that process, they ran two ad campaigns to test a few hypotheses we came up with on what would work in Poland.

These campaigns were focused on LinkedIn, testing different approaches and measuring sign-ups, impressions, and overall awareness. While we were testing the initial campaigns, 25wat also created a fully-detailed action plan for breaking into the market.

We worked with various people from 25wat, including a content writer, a designer, an office manager, and some other people in junior positions. We also worked with a technical person who was in charge of tracking the campaigns.

We spent less than $10,000, not counting the ad spend.

What is the status of this engagement?

We originally engaged before Christmas 2021, but we didn’t launch our marketing efforts until January 2022. However, we paused the engagement in May 2022.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Although we saw good results in terms of impressions and awareness, we paused our engagement because we weren’t getting any leads, which was the main metric we were looking for. We’re currently refocusing our efforts because we’re not sure that Poland is the right market for our software solution yet.

We’re not sure if these results were 25wat’s responsibility or not because they brought excellent ideas to the table and a very useful action plan. However, we didn’t get the results we wanted, so we decided to implement the action plan ourselves with in-house resources.

How did 25wat perform from a project management standpoint?

We had a shared Slack channel to communicate, share content, and get campaign status updates.

What did you find most impressive about them?

25wat was extremely committed to and engaged in the project, and they really wanted it to work. Their team was very passionate and motivated, demonstrating that they wanted us to succeed in the Polish market. However, it was a difficult task.

Are there any areas they could improve?

One of the things we noticed was that 25wat brought their own copywriters, but given that our product is highly technical, we had to rewrite all of the content. If we decide to continue our collaboration, we would be in charge of the copywriting while they manage the campaigns.

Additionally, 25wat focused solely on LinkedIn, which was understandable. However, I expected more out-of-the-box ideas on approaching C-level potential leads.

I am the CEO at Kolektyf. We are a design office specializing in space branding, wall design, and branding. We are in Wrocław, we employ 10 people. We work for global clients and we implement our projects in Poland and Europe.

Together with 25wat, we worked on rebranding for the largest Polish developer in the co-living sector. We have developed a new graphic language for communication. In the next stage, 25wat took care of customer service in matters of communication and the sales of our private student dormitories.

We had very little time to develop the rebranding and communication language. We managed to quickly prepare a new logo, graphics, social media content and a new website.

We were looking for a creative agency to cooperate with, which would undertake projects that cover a wider range of activities including branding, communication, sales, and more.

We quickly implemented a series of meetings with the third-party client who had very little time to complete their sales plans. After an intensive workshop, we had a lot of information to design collaterals. We have prepared 2 different graphic lines. 25wat developed and quickly applied the new communication. At the same time, they dealt with the development of the new website, preparation of the video material, and sales for the client.

On our part, an art director and graphic designer worked on the project. 25wat team was composed of PM, account, copywriter, sales, art director and graphic designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to efficiently conducted marketing, our third-party client met his sales goals. The workshop and brand rebranding was carried out at a quick pace. The client had two months less than usual to sell places in student hotels. The sales plan was 90% completed even with the additional difficulty of the changing COVID situation.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

25wat showed us many tools for working online and it accelerated and intensified our work. Communication with 25wat was very quick and effective.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

25wat were enthusiasts just like us. They were not afraid of new areas of activity. We were impressed with how quickly they were developing. They were very knowledgeable and very professional. They positively influence others with their energy.

Branding that has been implemented is part of the entire process of marketing activities. The process started with meetings aimed at getting to know our business goals and the customers we want to reach. Then we were presented with 3 name suggestions, after choosing them, we received several logotype proposals with a coherent action plan.

I had direct contact with the owner of the company who was involved in the entire project. The project manager dealt with most of the communication, presenting us with the results of her team's work. We also had a consultation with a marketing & PR manager.

As I mentioned, the assessed branding is part of a larger marketing project for a newly established company. We were very pleased with the logo and the brand that 25wat created. We also received a lot of positive comments about it from our friends and colleagues.

The cooperation was very smooth, 25wat smoothly moved its activities online due to the prevailing conditions. We cleared most of the issues during a video conference. The project was moving forward all the time, both sides efficiently made a decision on the next steps.

I was impressed with the results of their work, this mainly concerns planning further marketing activities. Everything was planned very coherently. We saw that they devoted a lot of time and teamwork to prepare everything in an accessible form. We were very pleased with the results of the branding activities and the planned campaign.

We wanted to create a visual identity in line with our value proposition that will differentiate us among players on the market. The whole project was about complete re-branding and changing the image of the company.

We did our market research and arranged meetings with various agencies but from the first meeting, we liked 25wat approach. They are client-centric, focused on the needs of the client, not on the sales pitch prepared months ago and re-used on the daily basis.

What we had at the end of the project was completely different from what we expected at the beginning, but it's only because we didn't know a lot about design and UX.

A project with 25wat had a great educational value, and thanks to their deep involvement we were able to achieve much better results and surpass expectation when it comes to our branding and UX.

Our main focus was to redesign existing visual materials, prepare new elements, align the visual strategy among our different products/tools.

Several vendors were considered, but the responsiveness and openness of 25Wat nailed the deal. Even a contract negotiation was an easy-going process.

After the vendor was selected, we have a series of short and effective meetings where all details were clarified. We have provided 25wat with an initial set of materials (old presentations, trademarks, formats).

From this point on, 25Wat took over and delivered a great job in no time. I have received the final set of materials (logos, templates, icons, etc.) in an orderly, easily accessible manner.

Not only my team was excited to use the updated materials, but we have also got great feedback from our customers and prospects.

What were your goals for this project?

As we were focusing on B2B, I wanted to promote Soltero as a first contact company so basically I wanted clients to contact me directly rather than my partners.

After careful google reaserch of marketing companies around Poland we chose a few but immediately disqualified half for high prices, rest for poor contact and we chose 25wat.

As well a few friends recommended me them and as I found out later I happened to know a few people from the company personally from other projects and I know they are great in their professions.

Facebook promotion - 2 people were responsible for daily posting and making paid promotion on our facebook profile. We were getting a file with work prepered for the whole week in advance for approval. That was basically funny and catchy short posts.

Google Ads - The aim was to reach English people Logo - we have got 3 projects to choose from and they were all great so the choice was not simple Website - 25wat developed website with calculator so group can choose activities which go directly to the basket and before placing payment I was gettin an email query and I had all necesarry details - number of people, date and so on.

Apart from that I had a training in their office how to use it and adjust later on, a lot of recommendations form stocks of photos and hw lo successfully write a blog

I was in close contact with the owner who was patiently explaining us details of their work, discussing our ideas and was always reachable on phone if needed. There were as well one website developer, 2 people from marketing and many other people I didn't meet personally but I know they were working on our project.

Before we started working with 25wat we had no clients directly, just from providors, after their promotion and with catchy website we were slowly getting customers even from Poland.

As expected number of customers raised 100% during 2019 spring-summer season. As well I have to add that working with them gave me extra power and I have learned a lot, later on using this knowledge I made my own (simple but still) website.

Me and my partner had contact with 25wat, we were using a program which name I unfortunately forgot, but it was very intuitive website, we could enclose pictures and there was whole team working on the project so they were easily reachable.

UniPack has been selling products used in the HoReCa industry (Hotels, Restaurants, Catering) for 30 years. It specializes in disposable packaging. During the cooperation with the 25wat agency, I was the Project Manager for the re-branding project.

For what projects/services did your company hire 25wat, and what were your goals?

The main goal of cooperation with the 25wat agency was to refresh the trademark which had been functioning almost unchanged for 30 years. The completely new or refreshed logo was to meet the trends prevailing on the market, and on the other hand, it was to be universal enough to be able to function for the next few years.

How did you select this vendor?

We reached the 25wat company on the basis of a recommendation. A meeting with representatives of 25wat, where we were informed about the company's activities, the approach to the topic (flexibility, openness to the customer) and potential costs allowed us to decide on cooperation.

The project started with meetings with members of the company's Management Board, during which elements of the mission and vision were developed; stakeholder groups, design challenges.

The next step was a 2-day strategic workshop with the participation of the Management Board and selected people from various UniPack departments. The aim of the workshop was to define business and communication goals; customer segmentation and profiles; identifying the needs and pain of customers; developing key messages.

The next stage was the presentation of the workshop summary and the presentation of the action plan for the next months of cooperation, including the development of a new logo and visual code (key visual) along with proposed messages that should appear in both digital and analog advertisements.

An important point was also the development of target material projects that UniPack was to use after the end of the project: the appearance of a new website; company documents; presentation template; email footers; company gadgets (e.g. notebooks, pens); the appearance of the stand at the HoReCa fair.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In the project, I mainly had contact with the dedicated Project Manager of the 25wat agency - Agnieszka S. However, during this project I had the pleasure to work with many people directly: they were both people who defined the strategy and organization of all activities; persons responsible for the graphic side of the materials; people responsible for creating and planning external and internal communication. I think it was about 10 people.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The rebranding project ended with the creation of a new graphic sign with visual codes (key visual); website update; catalog for the fair; new templates of commercial offers and new company gadgets. Everything in accordance with the time schedule agreed at the beginning of the project.

We had regular contacts. Due to the fact that the agency is located in a different city (over 350 km), contacts were made using video connections (Google Meets), by phone and e-mail. At the peak of the project, these contacts were almost daily, due to the number and dynamics of arrangements for specific activities. Cooperation and arrangements went smoothly - all on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with 25wat's commitment and willingness to understand our business. It was especially noticeable during the strategic workshops. Flexibility, very good organization of work and meeting deadlines. Coming up with proposed solutions.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can not find anything. I wish for myself and others that more such companies on the market had such features as 25wat.
