What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Photography deliverable: same-day turnaround Mark delivered a fully culled and edited photo gallery from both shoot days on the evening of May 7 — the same day the second event wrapped. For a two-day shoot covering two separate sites and an estimated 175+ workers across both days, that's an exceptional turnaround. The photos were immediately ready for the team to use.
• Content fuelled a wave of LinkedIn activity: The professional photography directly enabled a coordinated round of LinkedIn posts from the Breadcrumb team in the days following Safety Week. Posts went live from Ellie, Renee, Cody, Matt, Jasper, Nolan, and Spencer — with Brinkmann reposting Cody's content. Posting matters → the more we mention the company, the more organic clicks and visibility we get. The photography was the content engine behind all of it.
• Partner amplification secured: Brinkmann reposted team content during the week — a meaningful signal of the relationship and the quality of the activation. The team also flagged Swinerton as a likely future poster, with follow-up planned. These partner mentions represent organic brand reach that wouldn't have been possible without high-quality photography to anchor the posts.

We hired Mark to photograph two back-to-back food truck activations on active construction sites in St. Louis during Construction Safety Week — roughly three weeks' notice, two locations, two days. From the first briefing call, Mark was organised and proactive. He sent back a detailed written summary of everything we'd discussed: contacts, shot list, locations, timings. Every email was responded to promptly, every last-minute addition from our team was handled without fuss, and on Day 1 he sent us a same-day debrief letting us know exactly what he'd captured and what he'd get the next day. The photos were delivered the same evening Day 2 wrapped. Fully culled, fully edited. Our team's reaction said it all — "absolutely beautiful". The photos became the foundation for a wave of LinkedIn content across our team and were reshared by our client, Brinkmann Construction. We'd hire him again without hesitation and look forward to working with him again in the future.

What set Mark apart was his ability to lead on-site. Working across two active construction sites with hundreds of workers, a food truck, merch tables, and multiple stakeholders, he somehow captured everything. He came prepared with the brief fully internalised, moved through the environment with confidence, and found every shot we'd asked for without needing direction on the day. Managing a shoot on a live jobsite is genuinely chaotic, but Mark made it look easy.

Filming of a panel session discussion at an academic historian’s conference in St Louis and interviewing some of the panel participants about their research projects into the 18th century. Additional B-roll shot at St Louis Public Library. A 5 min highlights video was produced as well as videos of each panellist talking about their research projects.

The audience of the videos is academic librarians and scholars globally and its purpose is to demonstrate how Gale is supporting the academic community through our academic fellowships. Gale, Cengage is a global publisher of digital research resources for faculty and students at universities worldwide and is based in Farmington Hills, Michigan

• The production of a very professional, polished video that we could share with our customers to highlight how we are supporting them with our tools, resources and fellowships program.

Mark was very thorough and detailed in his planning and organization of the film shoot. Both filming days went very smoothly as a result and he captured a lot of excellent footage which he used to edit eye catching, compelling video(s).

Even though I was based in the UK and he in St Louis, communication was never a problem, communicating regularly via email and zoom in the lead up to the filming. He was timely in terms of the deliverables, staying within agreed timelines for delivering the final edit of the video and was always responsive to any issues when they arose. He was very easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Mark is flexible and accommodating to the client's needs but has a clear sense of what will have the most visual and story telling impact when he is filming and in post-production. He brings alot of creative energy and ideas to the table in pre-shooting discussions but is also very practical and efficient when shooting on location with his crew, keeping a firm eye on the time and when things have to happen and by when.

He is friendly and approachable which helps with interviewees who are nervous and has an easy presence that reassures the people around him on a shoot. He also has excellent editing skills and creates very compelling and watchable branded videos.

I was very pleased with how 24Frames, Inc. approached the project, managed it, and delivered the final videos.

As our business model shifts to a wholesale model, it was important for us to tell potential retail partners about the benefits of owning their own Save A Lot. So we hired Mark to help us tell that story in several videos.

We searched and grabbed bids from several St. Louis area videographers. What made us go with Mark was his impeccable work as well as his cost-effective quote.

Mark was the key to our success to finally being able to bring our video project to fruition. We began this process with interviews a year ago, but due to business shifts we had to postpone the completion of this project. What was great about working with Mark is he was there with us along the way. Even as priorities shifted away from this project for a time, he was able to pick up right where we left off and quickly got caught up on the ways in which these videos needed to shift.

We enjoyed working with his makeup artist and his wife. Both were always professional and courteous.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our internal team is thrilled with the videos and are anxious to continue to find ways to use them in various capacities.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was hectic at times, but that was due to our needs. Mark was willing to sit down with me in an office suite and really get his hands dirty when it came to editing because I knew that I needed to hear all our interviews in order to know which ones were going to work best. The fact that he invested a full day to editing with me was invaluable in moving this project forward.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I really appreciated Mark's ability to really listen and capture what we needed from the broll and interviews. I also can't say enough about his willingness to spend a full day editing right alongside me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only thing different I would like to see (through no fault of his) is to work with a different talent agency to bring models. This is strictly for simplicity as I felt that part of the process was a bit cumbersome.

I’m the marketing director of Pace Properties, a commercial real estate firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with 24Frames, Inc.?

We needed someone to produce branding videos that touched on different divisions of our company, our brokerage side, and the property management side.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we wanted short commercials instead of long videos, because we were going to use them on our website, social media, and Google Ads. They did all the scriptwriting and storyboarding and after that, they would send it over to tweak things and make adjustments — they had to learn about commercial real estate in order to do the script, so there were a lot of conversations and website reviews between us.

Apart from that, they helped us cast a few actors while I did casting internally, and did the background music — as well as sample a few voiceovers. They also provided all their equipment, and everything was shot on location.

I worked directly with Mark (President). 

How did you come to work with 24Frames, Inc.?

I found them when I was researching video production companies, and I liked their storytelling. The number one reason I chose them was because I saw a video they’d done — I watched that and said I was going to use them one day, and so I did.

We spent somewhere around $8,000.

We worked together from January 2020–February 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The metrics for one of the videos on Facebook have been really good. I have a limited target audience, so the metrics used specific keywords that not all people are going to see — but I’ve been pleased with the results.

How did 24Frames, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management was amazing. They were very flexible and easy to work with. Though there were times when we had to cancel entire shoots because of flight cancellations, and exposure to COVID-19. We experienced a lot of obstacles, but everyone plowed through with grace. 

We primarily communicated through email, but we also had conversations through phone calls, video calls, and text messages.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed by their storytelling, and how they get into the heart of the message — they always find a way to tell our story in an interesting way.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Normally I would find faults in these kinds of projects, but the problem here was COVID-19, and not anyone lacking in response and research — I can’t think of a single thing they could improve on.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I would say, provide them with a cliff note version of what your company is, and what you do. This will enable them to speed up the process, and they wouldn’t have to do as much research.

What were your goals for this project?

We needed two beautifully shot interviews for a very high end client. We also needed extensive broll shot. We needed not only the look but the customer service as well because I was not able to travel to be at the shoot. They delivered on my needs 200%.

I don’t book crew my production manager handles that.

We worked hand in hand, discussing the details of the shoots, the desired looks, the shot list, the client expectations and more. They shot two days for us, and we received high quality footage, above and beyond what we expected.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

Once the selection was made, we had in-depth calls about scripting, our brand look, broll list, props, locations looks, etc. Mark and team were organized, easy to work with and solution oriented.

Any bumps that occurred along the way (like needing a teleprompter at the last minute) were handled with calm and professionalism. They are also very kind and nice people, who are easy to communicate with, which is very important for the current remote times.

The footage was so good our client ended up purchasing it and signed an agreement to do another video with us. The physician we taped with also expressed a desire to work with 24Frames in the future which is great for us and our company.

Very easy to work with. Always available for video call, last minute changes via email, and texts throughout the shoot to keep me updated as I could not be there in person. They really understood our needs based on the examples I shared and took things up a notch.

One of the hardest working, professional, kind, artistic, caring company I have ever worked with.

I am located out of town, we had several vendors recommended to us that were also out of town, but the cost of bringing them in town was insane. After a quick google search and a meet and greet with Mark we were sold.

Mark was awesome to work with. He created a video that truly is a showpiece for our brand and tells our "why" even better than I imagined. We were sold on 24Frames the second we saw his video for Miller-Coors.

He was able to apply a similar style, but yet crafted something completely unique that fits our brand perfectly. He had great suggestions that really paid off, the biggest I believe was the decision to hire professional talent for our final product scenes. Also, his creative vision to incorporate moments that didn't necessarily focus on our products, but brought life to our characters, which in-turn highlighted our products even more! T

he lifestyle scenes I was confident would turn out amazing, what I was most nervous about was the manufacturing elements. There were so many variables we had no control over, Mark was flexible and patient and didn't stop until he knew we had the perfect shot!

The video is everything we didn't know we wanted. There was an inspiration video that served as our guide. Mark reviewed the video then enhanced the vision with his technical knowledge, guidance and execution. The video breaks down the staging process, introduces our team, showcases the visual impact of staging, and provides insight into why certain design decisions are made. There is a lot of enlightening content in the video but it leaves you wanting to know more. The video is the perfect balance of information and intrigue.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

After reaching out to Mark, we scheduled a time to chat. We grew the concept and vision over a few phone conversations and loads of email, (because I ask A LOT of questions). Mark provided suggestions in areas that needed a little attention and accommodated all of our requests.

A timeline was created to ensure all content was captured. Mark relieved loads of stress in a process in which I am not 100% familiar by responding quickly and patiently addressing any concern. I entered the day of production feeling confident because we had a solid plan and excited to see Mark piece together our visual masterpiece.

Home Staging is a newer concept to a lot of people. Our goal was to speak to non-believers and those on the fence about the necessity of staging. The video has been shared with agents and sellers alike. It is a visually exciting eye opener that has received positive feedback.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project moved forward as efficiently as anyone could hope without inducing panic or rush on my end. The collaboration was seamless as can be mainly in part to Mark's availability and quick responses. Production day was great because we had a plan and were on the same page. It was an awesome day!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I cannot pinpoint one thing. The things that impressed me the most were how easy Mark made the process with his level of expertise, Mark's level of professionalism throughout, the more than fair investment, the comfortable atmosphere the 24Frames team created during production, and the quality of the video that we proudly share.
