What challenge were you trying to address with Inventcolabs?

Our challenge was to make our project stand up against its competition and be as good as or better than other successful blockchain projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inventcolabs did mobile app development for us using Flutter. We had several discussions with my team and Inventcolabs to figure out the right technologies to use to guarantee that the project would work smoothly.

The app is a cryptocurrency wallet with a better UI and more flexibility for finding information than other apps. It also has information on the latest news and updates on crypto markets and a flexible and seamless UI.

The platform is available for iOS, Android, and desktop devices.

I have some connections that had experience with Inventcolabs. They suggested them to me, so I sent Inventcolabs an email asking them about their services. They responded quickly and gave me very competitive pricing compared to what other companies were charging.

I chose them for my project because I felt comfortable with them despite being abroad, and they’re always available, even during the weekend.

What is the status of this engagement?

I’ve been working with them since November 2021, and the engagement is ongoing. We’re now going into phase two in the upcoming days, which will involve developing the website and its integration with our mobile apps.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

After going live, they offered three months of free support, and they also offered to send the source code in case I wanted to store it in the cloud. Overall, they've been agreeable to anything we ask of them, whether we need proof of work or sign an NDA. They do exactly what their clients ask of them.

How did Inventcolabs perform from a project management standpoint?

We used an Excel sheet to create the proposal for the project. They’re also using Adobe XD for sharing the UI with us. Regarding communication, we use Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very transparent and give full visibility into the project costs, providing the best way to do it at a low price. For example, I wanted them to develop the apps natively. Still, they let me know that using a native programming language would be more expensive, and they offered something cost-effective.

Overall, they study our project to give us the best performance, better than what we expect. They don’t just want to take our money; they’re working on getting continuity with us.

In addition to that, their team stays updated on the newest technologies, and if there’s a new feature in the industry, they wait and ensure that it works perfectly before offering it to us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to plan your entire project. If you don’t have enough information, that could be a problem because they do exactly what you ask and will follow your instructions step by step. They’re great with time management and have competitive prices while delivering great performance, but you have to be very thorough with the information you provide them.

We needed help in developing a mobile app for our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Inventcolabs is developing our mobile app using cross-platform technologies like Flutter, but they generally offer different technology options. They first studied what we wanted to create and suggested multiple options, broken down by pricing and timeframes.

We started with a web version and later converted that into iOS and Android apps. After that, they built a bespoke targeting algorithm. Overall, the app is different from others on the market and Inventcolabs custom-made it to fit my goals, which are standard API integrations with Google and similar platforms.

I’ve dealt with four people from their team, including a data analyst and Sandeep (Technical Consultant).

Because of our work, we have connections in Dubai. Inventcolabs was referred to me by one of those connections who worked with them in the past.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Inventcolabs in August 2021, and it’s ongoing. Our first project was the web app, and we’re developing the mobile apps now.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Building the algorithm was a huge achievement. Also, we faced some bugs during development, but they fixed everything by the time we deployed the app.

How did Inventcolabs perform from a project management standpoint?

In terms of communication, we use Zoom, WhatsApp, and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their pricing is outstanding; we looked at other providers, and the amounts asked were too big compared to what we’re paying Inventcolabs now.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on — it feels like they’re working on their own project. We’ve had many issues, and they were our fault, but Inventcolabs didn’t mention it. They keep working without asking for additional fees — Inventcolabs cares about the relationship and wants to keep it long-term.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

Give Inventcolabs all the information they need and ensure that the proposal is complete.

The app had a messaging feature that was full of bugs. We needed to redevelop it completely.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We reached out to Inventcolabs to review the code and see if they could fix it. We sat down, gave them the code, and signed the contract. Then, they developed the message feature for iOS and Android using Flutter.

What is the team composition?

We worked with Sandeep (Technical Consultant) and another person.

We found them on Google. We sent an email, and they responded. Then, we explained everything on a Zoom call. It was very simple.

We spent about $740.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in March 2022, and the project took less than three weeks. We’re taking a pause, but we plan on working with them again.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t launched the app yet, but we’re satisfied with their work. The messaging feature works perfectly now. Before, it had significant delays and issues with the notifications, but they solved all of them; the messages are instantly delivered. We tested the app after they finished, and it went pretty well.

They were excellent. We’ve worked with many freelancers and development companies before, but Inventcolabs was superior in communication. They understood what we said and gave suggestions. Overall, they cared about how the project would turn out.

We communicated through WhatsApp, and they were available every time we texted. Also, we had a couple of Zoom calls and emails in the beginning.

I’m the founder of a digital wallet service in the field of AI and machine learning.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inventcolabs?

Over the years, I’ve tried to analyze how people spend money on a day-to-day basis. In understanding these patterns, I wanted to create a way to help people create wealth. I partnered with Inventcolabs to build out the solution.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We provided some documentation in the beginning, but Jitendra (Business Development Manager) handled everything, took the lead, and initiated discussions around the solution. I understand technology processing but I’m not knowledgeable on certain business functionalities and rules, so that’s where they came in and saved the day. 

Inventcolabs proceeded to develop the system and its entire concept, including the admin processing aspect. The final product was a mobile platform that connects to an onsite extension whether it be a laptop or an iPad. We named this app Hubwallet.

Our product is basically a digital payment platform that enables account holders to earn money in South Africa and transfer it through the system. Users can also buy food or extract money from local shops using the tokens that they earn on the platform.

Our intention is to explore international markets as well, but currently, the app is just geared for African markets. We’re specifically targeting foreign workers in South Africa who have families abroad. We intend for them to use our smartcard digital payment solution to send tokens to their families.

What is the team composition?

I’ve mostly dealt with Jitendra but there have been around 10–40 people involved at different stages of the project. Jitendra basically acted as project manager.

How did you come to work with Inventcolabs?

I looked around on search engines and sent out a request with my objectives. Inventcolabs responded, so we maintained back-and-forth communication. I saw that their work and designs were quite brilliant, so I reached out to references. Once I confirmed that they have vision, passion, and initiative in what they do, I decided to hire them.

We’ve spent about $35,000 on their work. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership began around August–September 2021, and we’re still working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve received very positive feedback for the product. Bugs and crashes are inevitable, but Inventcolabs has been brilliant at addressing any issues. 

I’m a bit of a perfectionist, and I find that their team shares the same mentality. They take their time in analyzing and providing clear solutions, and whatever they end up proposing is something that I can immediately understand. We got a lot of value for the cost

How did Inventcolabs perform from a project management standpoint?

If I had to rate them between 1 and 5 in terms of meeting budgets, schedules, and deadlines, I’d give them a 65. They excel in their services and deliveries. They’ve also provided all of the necessary and relevant CRMs, which has enabled me to draw and analyze different reports. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re most impressed with their punctuality and the quality of their work.

No, they know exactly what they’re supposed to do.

Give their proposals a chance. Trust that they’re not after your money and will actually want to help make your processes easier.

What challenge were you trying to address with Inventcolabs?

Event management companies struggled during the COVID-19 pandemic because no physical events were available all the time. As a result, our team searched for a company that could help us do virtual events.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

To help us with virtual events, Inventcolabs created a platform where we could do our events with our clients. We provided the team with some examples of our requirements based on our experience in the market as we did corporate events. They built the solutions from scratch and did everything from implementing designs and APIs to integrating them with other platforms. 

At present, the platform is available on Android, iOS, and web platforms. The features are the same across all platforms. Our target market is IT companies who want to reach their clients and sell their products. When they access our platform, they see various solutions, such as 3D mapping and security. The platform is also interactive, and users can watch videos and download assets from the platform. 

What is the team composition?

We work directly with three people, but 10–11 people are also working on the project behind the scenes. I mainly deal with their salespeople and developers. 

How did you come to work with Inventcolabs?

We did some research, and we then had meetings with Inventcolabs to see if they could do what we wanted. From there, we started working with them.

So far, we’ve spent around $12,000–$16,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the project in September 2020, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

With the platform that Inventcolabs has created, end users can create events within 15 minutes instead of 15 days, which was the case when we were using WordPress and not our own platform. The app had a few glitches during the testing and implementation, but they’ve been rectified quickly. During the virtual events themselves, we don’t experience any issues.

Businesswise, a lot of event companies have had to shut down or let many of their employees go because of the COVID-19 pandemic. However, we’ve managed to quickly do a virtual transformation. In other words, we still have our business because of the platform; we’re one of the few companies still standing even when no physical events have been happening. It’s been a  good choice for us to be involved in this virtual transformation. 

Overall, our experience with Inventcolabs has been great. They direct us in the right way and put in the time to get things done. To create this app has been a dream for us since we’re not IT people. We don’t know what’s going on in the backend, but their team helps us solve problems.

Inventcolabs’ project management has been good. They’ve delivered the project on time and within budget. We’ve done our communications through the project manager using emails, WhatsApp, and Zoom. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team thinks outside the box. While creating this platform, our teams have thought together to find a way to do multiple events at the same time, and everything has been successful.

No, there aren’t any. I haven’t experienced any issues in terms of their dedication, responsiveness, and project delivery.

Be clear about your expectations from the beginning, and adopt a two-way communication approach to know Inventcolabs’ expertise in terms of what can and cannot be done. You’ll reach your goals as long as you have realistic expectations.

There have been instances where they were too busy on another project and unable to take on a task, but in general, their project management and communications have been good. We use email, WhatsApp, and sometimes Zoom. We correspond in English.

Inventcolabs has a great, knowledgeable team. They react quickly to whatever it is I ask of them, and they don’t hesitate to ask questions when they don’t understand something. Compared to the previous agencies we’ve worked with, they’re able to understand and correctly execute what I want.

We had zoom calls and I explained what I wanted and they started sending drafts of the design then it went into production to do the background IT work. There were a lot of issues along the way but they were prompt to address them.

The owner was an escalation point and I was working with his project manager only. He was my only contact.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They did the job. Their quality control could have been better as whatever was done had issues but maybe this is how a website is, takes time to get things right.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

At times good at times frustrating, but overall am happy with what they did.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They wanted to please their customer, and they won't give up.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Definitely the quality control needs improvement but that could be an issue of under Staff or no actual control is done prior of giving the client his work. However all issues would be addressed once it is highlighted to the project manager. It is a young company with potential.

If you can do the follow up with them and check all things yourself, then they are right for you because they will deliver a good job.

After fully launching our website. I tested the website using numerous website and seo tool. (Google Page speed, Hubspot website tester, SEM rush, SEO checker tool, Upcity SEO and many more) All results showed the our website design, responsiveness, seo, mobile responsive, security and speed were excellent.

Communication was straightforward and simple. We shared multiple documents with comments via email, had many calls, zoom calls and even instant messaging. The entire invent co team is always ready to help you out.

The most impressive factor about InventCo is their technical expertise! They have a high level of knowledge on everything digital. Have solutions to everything and every issue. I believe Rishab and his team are pioneers when it comes to web & app development.

InventCo Labs met all the milestones and timelines. I really liked their designs. Their work is professional, and their team follows good processes. They were quick to add or tweak functionalities when requested. On top of that, they also do QA testing, which is great.

They’ve done a superior job with project management. They give us weekly reports that show what they’ve completed and what the next tasks are. Their team consistently meets deadlines. Communication is mainly via email for reports, but we also use WhatsApp, Zoom, and some other tools. They’re extremely responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re professional and do high-quality work. I’ve had no issues with them. I really appreciate the progress reports and their proactivity in always keeping me in the loop. They have excellent customer service and meet all my requirements.

Review the design document thoroughly to ensure that nothing has been missed. They utilize and execute the details on that document so it is important that it’s right.

I chose InventCo because they sent me a lot of screenshots of what the app could look like, and they gave me more than a standard design. We started working with InventCo in February 2020, and we’re almost done. They sent me the latest version yesterday, and we’ve started testing it. I’m hoping to launch it to market next week. InventCo has done more than I asked for. My first technical description didn’t include certain functionalities, and they developed those without increasing the price. They understood that it would make the app work better.

They’re always in touch, despite our time difference. They start work at around 3 p.m. our time, and they’re constantly in touch from then until midnight. They reply quickly and do any changes we ask for.

We have frequent calls, and I usually send them videos of any issues I find on the app. They send me the changes by the next day. We chat through WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

InventCo is much better in comparison to other companies.  They’re always in touch. It’s amazing.
