Overall, we are extremely pleased with the outcome and the quality of the work. In particular, we are grateful that communication was always clear and direct -- solutions to problems where usually given on the spot or after a few exchanges. Creativity, efficiency and an understanding of their 'business' are some of the words that come to mind. We also appreciated the way they adhered to requests, deadlines, QA processes and yet were also to be patient and flexible when we needed to find things on our side. All in all, a great experience.

The team tends to dive into projects or feedback too quickly (before we've reviewed together to ensure everyone is on the same page) and this does create additional rounds of review. Often not all feedback is addressed properly during rounds of revision as well, but once it is pointed out the team is usually quick to fix those issues.
