Overall, we are extremely pleased with the outcome and the quality of the work. In particular, we are grateful that communication was always clear and direct -- solutions to problems where usually given on the spot or after a few exchanges. Creativity, efficiency and an understanding of their 'business' are some of the words that come to mind. We also appreciated the way they adhered to requests, deadlines, QA processes and yet were also to be patient and flexible when we needed to find things on our side. All in all, a great experience.
