We hired 1111 Media Group at the begining stage of our company to develop and launch our website and help with our marketing support. Mainly our SEO optimization and content strategy. GMB management, blog posting, automatic emails, etc.

Other than the covid year, we have seen B2B leads increase by 210% since working with them. Additionally, we have seen our keyword rankings for (branded and non-branded) go up significantly.

They were friendly, easy to work with and efficient. They inspired a lot of confidence that they knew what they were doing and that they could be relied on to get the job done, which they did time and time again. Also, it was not just 1 person helping but a whole team of marketers to help with our projects - graphics, copywriting, developers, etc. They had all the tools to help us be successful.

I'm the Owner and Founder of The Miami Experience. We're an All-Inclusive Boat Party Tour in Miami.

For what projects/services did your company hire 1111 Media Group, and what were your goals?

We wanted to expand our reach and get our SEO and PPC where it needed to be. We had no one managing or updating our website or refining our PPC and incoming leads.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We hired 1111 Media Group for our SEO and PPC. We interviewed 3 different companies but we felt that they were the right fit for us.

They re-designed our website, and that itself generated a tremendous amount of traffic and engagement. They've done consistent blogs each month and had created backlinks. They helped with our GMB and reviews efforts. Before hiring them we didn't had a GMB profile, now we do! We were only advertising on Google, and not seeing a good ROAS. Now we're advertising on Google and Microsoft, and seeing a great ROAS on both.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After just a few months, our organic traffic increased 79% month-over-month. We're ranking on the 1st page for several keywords. They've helped refine our brand and clean up our website and blogs. Before we started working with them, our PPC campaigns were only generating 250-350 tickets sold per month. After our second month with them, our PPC campaigns started generating 1,200 – 1,700 tickets sold per month, with the same ad spend budget.

They’ve been great at exceeding our expectations. In addition, the team is very responsive; they’re always quick to respond to our questions and implement changes. We used to have 30 or 60-minute calls once a month when we started, but now everything in on place. Of course, we still communicate by phone or email, but they can perform well without having to call them often.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They've been very professional since the beginning. 1111 Media Group is more than helpful; working with them is very pleasant. I appreciate their willingness to deliver results. You can tell they love their craft and truly care about the client.

I’m the marketing manager for TerraLex. We’re an international legal network. We have about155 law firms around the globe.

What challenge were you trying to address with 1111 Media?

We first outsourced to them because we needed some help with graphic design work. We had someone working on that in-house, but our aesthetic was really outdated. We needed help to be brought up to the times.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Eventually, we brought them on board to work on our rebrand and new website. They were a real partner from beginning to end. They helped with strategy, the took a look at what was working with our old brand, and determined where we could improve. They helped with graphic design and redid our logo. We knew the direction of where we wanted to go and wanted something very forward-thinking. They helped us hone in on what we were really after.

Normally, we put on two global conferences each year, and they helped with graphics and strategy for those events this year. We’re now planning a virtual meeting, and they’re helping with that as well.

I worked primarily with our account rep and they coordinated the designers an developers. I’m not sure how many people on their team were behind our project.

I found them through a local nonprofit organization. A contact I have there recommended them to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2017 and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I’m definitely very satisfied. After the brand and website launch, we sent out a survey to our members to ask for feedback and the result were very positive. Before, it looked like we used clip art from the’70s, but now our look and feel are more modern. Clients have also begun to notice the new brand.  We’ve now referred our members to them.

How did 1111 Media perform from a project management standpoint?

As far as project management goes, I have no complaints. We’ve never had an issue, which is why we keep working with them. Everything is always on time.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re really easy to work with, they’re flexible, and I love working with them. I would never consider another agency at this point.

What was the scope of their involvement?

1111 Media Group provides social media marketing services. The team manages our Instagram, Facebook, and Google Maps accounts. The team creates and posts content on those platforms and also performs website content changes whenever needed.

1111 Media Group accesses a shared CompanyCam instance and chooses pictures from there to create the posts. The team sends a monthly content schedule for us to approve to upload the content to our social media accounts.

Our industry is not necessarily bound to obtain leads through social media, but we need nice and presentable social media. We've hired 1111 Media Group to keep our accounts in top shape so that customers get a good impression when they access our profiles.

They redesigned our company logo and designed our website to make it more modern, they had improved our search rankings, and continue to create content for our social media posts, grow our client base through PPC campaigns, etc. They have increased our new client contacts dramatically, ensuring we get a significantly amount of leads daily. 

Our practice has also grown significantly since we hired them in 2018. They're currently in the process of re-designing our website since we're now expanding our practice and services.
