We needed help creating a web-based management software to manage our seminar planning, automate attendance control, generate and send certificates automatically, and digitize our processes away from paper and Excel. We also needed the software to manage marketing contacts and have CMS functionality to edit the website easily.

10x Media GmbH's software has helped us eliminate 50,000–100,000 marketing flyers per year, because we've been able to replace them with targeted online marketing powered through data that we centrally collect in the platform. The software has also reduced our post-seminar effort by 80% since all certificates and attendance records are now generated and sent out automatically. Additionally, the platform has reduced our effort during seminars by 50% through automated attendance control. Before that, all registrations had to be processed manually. The current volume of participants wouldn't be doable without the software.

10x Media GmbH has delivered on time. Our requirements have kept changing, which is normal, but the team has been able to adjust fast and deliver on time or even earlier when it matters most. We communicate with 10x Media GmbH through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

On our management platform, we recive inquires, create custumer accounts, and write quotes and invoices, even when we´re traveling. We keep track of our key business figures. Our training platform allows us to manage training content, service descriptions, and customer-ordered training courses. Coustemers can select their training courses an make them available to their participants. Manager also maintain a clesr overview. With this system , we´ve been able to satisfy a large mumber of customers and their need. Everything has become simple and transparent for both us and our custemers.

Offer and invoice generation time reduced from 15–30 minutes to under 2 minutes per document. Our Cclients can now train 100% of their participants because they no longer all need to be in the same room at the same time. The time required for manager has been reduced from 2-3 hours to under 10 minutes.

Manual quote creation in Word fully eliminated through automated PDF generation and email delivery.
