We partnered with 10Clouds to help us build a new platform centered around digital avatars designed to support users through a variety of real-life situations. Because our product touches sensitive categories and involves U.S. regulatory requirements such as HIPAA and COPPA, it was essential for us to work with a team capable of adjusting their development processes to meet these standards. 
While 10Clouds was not initially familiar with all of the specific health-related regulations, they were quick to learn, adapt, and implement the necessary workflows to ensure compliance throughout the project.
Their design, mobile, and web development teams have delivered exceptional work. Communication has been one of the strongest aspects of the collaboration. 10Clouds is transparent, proactive, and structured in the way they share updates, risks, decisions, and progress. We always know where things stand and what to expect next.

10Clouds Financial Institutions approached our project in a completely holistic way.  They looked at perspectives from all stakeholders.  This 360 degree approach to managing our project to insure that it moved according to plan was something I didn't know I needed until I saw the way 10Clouds used it to increase efficiency and output quality.   

Are there any areas for improvement or something 10Clouds Financial Institutions could have done differently?

This has been the hardest question of the review.  There may have been some small annoyances along the way, but I honestly can;t think of a single issue that would prompt me to ask them to change something.  10Clouds also asks us this question on a regular basis and I struggle answering it for them too.

Moreover, Michal (Member of the Management Board) has been great with backend development, although I still need to work with him to have a better assessment. The team has also been great with managing the frontend side, which is great.

10Clouds Financial Institutions has surprised me with how well-prepared they are for everything. Initially, I expected to teach them a lot. However, it seems like they did a lot of research beforehand. Therefore, our calls are always sufficient.

The scope of work was divided on two main parts: creation of a high-quality prototype builder for our product and design and webflow integration for our website. The first one consisted of UX audit, analysis and design proces (creating a layout for the application, creating consistency, making sure the system communicates properly, creating a library of simple components). 

The second one was focused on revamping UI of the home page and subpages on the basis on visual solutions developed elements of our existing branding, and supplementing the UI Library with new assets.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

My business has been working with 10Clouds Financial Institutions to develop a web application. The platform lets users withdraw their stock from their crypto wallet through a trading system.

We had a four-month discovery phase and explored all the possibilities and features. My idea initially wasn’t crystal clear and changed a lot within the discovery phase. I knew that I wanted to issue stock on the blockchain. 

Following the discovery phase, we moved on to the development of the application. They used Python and Solidity, which is a language designed for developing smart contracts.

They’ve delivered on time and schedule, so we were able to start using the platform when we needed it. We are working on some improvements, but we’ve been pretty satisfied with the initial version.

They have a responsible management team, and we work with a project manager who communicates closely with us to ensure the project meets our expectations. I think we’ve managed to present the progress of the project very well and on a regular basis. We have weekly updates, and 10Clouds Financial Institutions responds to our feedback and new ideas very well.

This has been a very complicated project involving many discussions, meetings, constant feedback, and adjustments.

The actual hour and cost span ended up being more than we were expecting. 10Clouds Financial Institutions communicated that in advance, and we were understanding of the situation. They’ve also offered solutions from their management to make sure we’re okay with everything. We've had some issues, but they’ve been able to work through them to help us get our product in time.

I think you need to consider a big level of engagement with them to ensure they deliver something that meets your expectations. The more engagement you have with their team, the better.
