Gnar were incredibly easy to work with and stayed in constant communication. I felt comfortable with both the plan and the progress we were making on most elements of the work. They immediately flagged any potential changes to scope and provided options and quotes for new work. When we needed to change staff (for their reasons or ours), they were transparent about how to do so, and why, and made sure new staff were the right fit for our team.

They used Trello to help us communicate on a regular basis, doing a good job of updating what was pending on both sides. Every week, we had to the point, direct meetings to churn through issues. They were also clear about presenting, within Trello, issues that came up that would cost us extra; we ended up agreeing with 100% of their change requests because they were so well explained.
