We worked together using the Agile methodology. We split the entire project into milestones, each with a required deliverable at the end. DIGIS was always responsive. Our communication was perfect. The project manager was available 24/7. He never allowed more than 30 minutes to pass before responding to our emails or phone calls. We had the option to speak to the developers directly, who were very helpful and responsive.
