Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the managing director of TSL Parivar (Tarragon Steel), a steel manufacturing and supply company. We produce TMT bars, girders, pipes, channels, and other construction-grade steel products for residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects across India.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Zyphex Tech?

We needed to build our company’s website and a custom platform to manage and register masons and architects in our network. The main goal was to create a digital community where we could onboard and verify these professionals, keep track of our growing network, and make it easier for them to engage with TSL Parivar and our products. We also wanted a professional website that properly represented our steel manufacturing business to customers and partners.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Zyphex Tech has designed and developed our corporate website, showcasing our steel products, applications, and dealer network. They’ve also built a custom web and mobile application for managing and registering masons and architects into our community. This includes user registration and onboarding flows, verification of registered professionals, an admin dashboard for us to manage and track the network, and a system to keep our members engaged with TSL Parivar. Zyphex Tech has handled the project end-to-end, from initial UI/UX design through development, testing, and deployment. They also provide ongoing support.

We work with 2–5 teammates from Zyphex Tech.

They were referred to me. I chose them over other options because they had high ratings, were close to my geographic location, had a great culture fit, offered good value for the cost, and had company values aligned with ours.

We worked together from December 2025 to March 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The most measurable outcome has been moving our entire trade network communication off scattered WhatsApp groups onto one official platform. Zyphex Tech has delivered a live cross-platform app with role-based access for architects, dealers, and masons, complete with a push-notification system and a rewards engine, so we can finally track engagement by state, district, and role instead of guessing. The app has also been built for real ground conditions, mid-range Android devices, and patchy 4G, with Hindi and regional language support, which matters a lot given how spread out our network is.

We’re still in the early rollout phase, so we don’t have long-term data yet. However, since the launch, we’ve seen steady sign-ups from masons and architects across multiple regions. The shift away from WhatsApp groups has already made it much easier to push out scheme updates and announcements to the right people instead of blasting everyone. We expect adoption and engagement numbers to grow as we onboard more of our dealer network. We’ve had over 5,000 users register on the platform since the launch, which has exceeded our early expectations and shows a strong appetite among our mason and architect network for a proper digital community. We’re continuing to see steady sign-ups as awareness spreads across our dealer network.

How did Zyphex Tech perform from a project management standpoint?

Zyphex Tech’s project management has been solid throughout. They keep us updated regularly, work closely with our team through in-person meetings, and stay organized despite the project having multiple moving parts across the website and the app. They deliver on time, and when small adjustments are needed along the way, they accommodate them without derailing the overall timeline.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impresses us most is how deeply Zyphex Tech understands the actual business logic behind what we need, not just the technical build. They take the time to grasp how our mason and architect network functions on the ground, and it shows in the product. They also keep the promises they make throughout the engagement. Even after the launch, they stay engaged, sharing new ideas whenever they spot relevant market trends and helping us think through how to execute them. That kind of ongoing partnership is rare and genuinely valuable to us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, it’s hard to point to anything they could improve. The results we’ve seen have exceeded what we expected going in, and the team consistently delivers beyond what we ask for. If anything comes up as we continue working with them, I’m confident they’ll handle it well given how responsive they’ve been so far.
