I wanted to rebuild my company’s website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

At first, everything went smoothly. Then, after the site was up and running, I found bugs everywhere. Every time I called Steve (Co-Founder, Zynovo Solutions Inc.) to talk about my concerns, he tried to blame my company for the issues. The last time we spoke, he hung up on me. Now, my business is limping along because the site doesn’t work correctly.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

The project was poorly organized.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I wasn’t impressed by much.

Are there any areas where they can improve?

They need to fix their approach to customer service.

We've concluded delivery of e-commerce websites implementation for this customer back in early 2016. The customer was happy with the work, but turned down our offer to continue servicing and maintaining the customer's websites once our original warranty on the project expired. We continued taking the calls of the customer and answering his questions best we could, however, since we delivered the websites to the specs of the contract with no exceptions, our contract with the customer was fulfilled. The customer provided a positive testimonial in June 2016 after 4 months the new sites were up and running. We're sorry that the customer is experiencing issues now and wish the customer great success in all their future endeavors.
