The project included the complete development and optimization of our company website, First North Peptides.

Zumetrix Lab handled the web development, design implementation, mobile optimization, functionality, and overall user experience based on our specific requirements.

A major part of the project was also the integration of AI technology, including a custom AI concierge capable of answering customer questions within our company guidelines and assisting visitors when the information they need is not available in the FAQ section.

The most important measurable outcome was the successful launch of a fully functional, professional website that met all of our original requirements and specifications.

The project resulted in a significantly improved digital presence, with a responsive website optimized for both desktop and mobile, integrated AI customer support, improved navigation and user experience, and a strong technical foundation for Google/SEO optimization.

The AI concierge has also enabled us to provide customers with immediate assistance beyond our standard FAQ section, improving accessibility to information and reducing the need for manual customer support.

Most importantly, all of the major features and custom requirements discussed during development were successfully implemented.

Communication was consistent, professional, and responsive, and I always felt that my requests and feedback were taken seriously.

The project involved many specific requirements, adjustments, and revisions along the way, and Zia demonstrated exceptional patience and persistence in making sure everything was implemented according to my expectations.

Whenever I requested changes or presented new ideas, they responded quickly and worked proactively to find the right solution rather than simply following a standard template. What impressed me most was their combination of technical expertise, patience, and genuine commitment to delivering exactly what I envisioned.

Zia was exceptionally dedicated throughout the entire project. I had many specific requirements and made numerous adjustments along the way, but she remained patient, professional, and persistent at every stage. Rather than simply delivering a standard website, they took the time to understand my vision and find solutions for the more complex requirements, including the integration of AI technology.

Their combination of web development, AI integration, design, UX, and SEO into one solution was impressive.

Most importantly, I never felt that they were simply trying to finish the project as quickly as possible. They genuinely cared about getting the details right and continued working until I was completely satisfied with the final result. That level of dedication and personal involvement is what made the experience stand out for me. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zumetrix Labs could have done differently?

There are no significant areas for improvement that I can point to based on my experience. It was a demanding project with many specific requirements and changes along the way, and Zumetrix Labs handled them professionally and with great patience.

If anything, the complexity of the project occasionally required additional communication and clarification, but I consider that a natural part of developing a highly customized website rather than a weakness in their service.
