BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

Amundi-ACBA Asset Management manages three cumulative pension funds, benefiting from French Amundi (European largest company in asset management industry, and included in top 10 worldwide) advanced know-how, expertise and technical support on fund management activities. I'm occupying Communications and MKT officer's position.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Zuck&Berg?

Starting from 2019 the Company started a huge project of awareness, as we hadn't vacant positions to higher a designer, copywriter etc, we decided to cooperate with an agency providing professional and creative advertisement services. RFP has been launched among 5-6 agencies, as a result, Zuck&Berg was chosen.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to break stereotypes with regard to funded pension, locally enhance company's image and in the long term to be the leading asset manager also in Armenia through gaining market shares in the industry (before the market was shared between 2 companies 50/50)

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

RFP, a tender has been announced, offers and portfolios from different agencies have been studied carefully, then meetings have been scheduled with portfolio owners in the aim to adequately assess tender's participant's capabilities.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

Based on the briefs received from me they are designing different publications, proposing announcements and dealing with the creative part of our SMM strategy, besides, based on our preliminary provided strategy they are targeting and boosting online publications.

What was the team composition?

We are closely cooperating with a very creative team in the scope of our Group principles and have adapted a new brand guideline. The account manager is assigned to smoothly coordinate our collaboration

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since our cooperation Visitors on our Facebook page frequently call our advertisements as different examples of creativity, call the company with different questions regarding our activity and make fourfold the total engagement.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our cooperation runs smoothly, cannot remember a task or brief the account managers weren't capable to deal with.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their creativity is incredible!

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is always room to improve, our goals are not concentrated in the short term but for the long term and we share the same vision.
