We have a Salesforce integration projected in the US that needed a solid partner on the technical delivery side of things

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Zircon based on previous reletionshipts with company Directors. We knew they had a track record of delivering projects with efficiency on the costing and technical sides

Zircon helped us to dimention the project on the initial stage, they also were a key player while discussing in depth technical conversations with our client that enabled us to not only hit the right pricing structure but also made us fell confident everything proposed will get delivered in accordance to the expectations set but our client

We worked in closed partnership with Zircons internal CTO who has a deep udnerstanding of what was actually required, candidates sent matched exactly what we expected. The recruitment process itself was smooth, Zircon was in control of absolute every detail, from CV submissition to offer stage.

Our client decided to extend the original service many times due to the quality of the engineering. Communication with Zircon was also vital to ensure we could capitalize every opportunity

Very effective, we achieved effective deledation without loosing track of all details involved.

They combined technical expertise, excellent acumen, and great knowledge in the market. Zircon was able to predict where things will graviate towards enabling us to prepare in advance, enhancining results

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Next time we would be happy to delegate first stage interviews with them so it would be nice for them to submmit CVs with short video interviews that could save us a bit of time and make the hiring process even more effective
