Main objective: take a Excel-heavy evaluation tool we had built and develop a web-based interface and database to speed up and improve the process.

• Review and revise requirements document
• Build out page layouts using Figma
• Set up hosting environment in Google Cloud + Firebase
• Build pages and supporting database structure, including sophisticated graphics and photo management
• Develop several levels of users and associated permissions
• Refine user interface and graphics management
• Meet weekly (accommodating our very different time zones) to review progress and clear roadblocks

• Project completed on time and on budget.

Weekly video conference including most of their dev team. Given our big time difference they we meeting with us at 9pm local. Write up of meeting outcomes delivered by email shortly after conclusion. Various shared spreadsheets to track bugs, needed feedback etc.

Zingworks created a video game based on a theater production at Woolly Mammoth Theatre. In addition, they have developed and designed two theater apps, 12@12NOON and 12 LINE WONDER, private SMS based on 12-line scenes written by award-winning playwrights.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Zingworks was able to successfully integrate 12 LINE WONDER into one of the largest LMS in the US, Blackboard Ultra. In addition, they have met target goals for the performance of 12@12NOON throughout its developmental process and I have no doubt they will continue to do so.

No, I've been very pleased with their work, especially weathering the pandemic and the stressors of a shifting economy that accompanied it.

Mobile app and new features were successully deployed in production and are being actively used by our clients without any issues.
