ZIM was founded in 2006 to fill a significant gap. There was and continues to be, an abundance of nonprofits that need plans to grow their capacity to support their missions. While there were already many consultants who provided quality plans, few supported the implementation process of those plans. ZIM, however, continues to collaborate with nonprofits, supporting them in defining attainable objectives, setting realistic benchmarks, and accomplishing tasks that lead them toward their objectives.
In 2007, ZIM transitioned to being woman-owned and woman-led, with Shira Zimmerman assuming the role of CEO. ZIM has flourished under her guidance and now boasts a team of more than two dozen dedicated and skilled staff members who provide direct assistance to nonprofits. With our team’s expertise, we are well-equipped to help you achieve your goals.
