We sell B2B. Our primary target customers are Convenience store owners. Most of our businesses order online. We wanted to revamp our online store (Magento) and built a new platform (we chose Shopify). Zigantic helped us migrate from Magento to Shopify. They did the design, the development, the product listing, everything.

Then they helped build email marketing wtih Klaviyo tools. Our revenue has risen over 40% YoY from existing customers. Loyalty program is what they are going to implement next.

They communicate well. They respond quickly. They have a good project manager.
Since they are in the same time zone (Pacific) I think that helped.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zigantic could have done differently?

They are good for a small and mid-sized company, and pricing was very competitve. They took 2 months to learn about our industry so they could make that quicker.

They also use Slack a lot, but we are mostly a phone team. It was difficult to get them to agree to have calls every week, but they eventually did it.
