We needed a relaible website that could grow with the business as we plan to add addional site in the coming year. By goinr through the key objectives that were needed, Zieasoft was able to custyom design a website that matched our unique needs

The CEO of Zieasoft worked with both the owner and myself through the whole process

The site has proven to be both robust and reliable during the whole time that the new comapny has been operating

We had weekly support calls from Zieasoft during the start up period and the CEO was on site on the first day of trading to ensure that all operations were smooth running

Lee was able to tailor the website for our unique product and merchandise. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No issue with the website from going live until today

Our previous site had become dated in terms of layout, slow to load and insecure. We needed a new site and backend system which was dynamic and fresh.

We decided on Zieasoft as their previous projects looked amazing. The 1:1 support is also a factor and they are always on hand to assist.

After a series of discovery meetings Zieasoft presented some wireframes and branding ideas.

Just one, Lee Zetter is brilliant at understand our needs and brand and just making things work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A more engaged membership with current events. We’re looking to move over to a members area meeting with can save money with our previous online admin company.

It’s was brilliant. Regular meetings, catch-ups and training.

Professional and extremely knowledgeable. You cannot put a price on great service like this.

No, we have a great relationship with Zieasoft and love the new ideas given to us to try out.
