I'm the co-founder and CTO of Kai.ai which build an AI companion that helps teenagers with their well-being.

For what projects/services did your company hire Zetico?

We were working on a transition of our architecture to AWS and Zetico helped us with the transition project and re-architecting our product to work on AWS using state-of-the-art IAC (Infrastructure as Code) tools.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found Zetico via a recommendation of a friend that worked with them on architecture challenges in their company.

The project included some meetings about our product and needs, and from there we went to designing the solution and prioritizing the tasks and started working on a solution according to the prioritization and effort estimation.

Adel which is the co-founder personally worked with us on this project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Adel is a true professional, all the work was done in a very efficient, cost-effective and with the best quality in mind taking into consideration our current and future needs.

The workflow was very efficient. They were attentive to our needs and always available for any questions.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are true professionals and also great people to work with. Always with a smile and open to hearing different approaches to tackle a specific challenge.

No, it was a pleasure and we will work with them again in the future.

We hire Zetico for helping us as a Dev-Ops consultant with complex microservices open source project we wanted to set up in our AWS environment.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them via a referral

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

They investigated the complex open-source repositories, and came up with ways and requirements on how to set it up in our AWS environment, we needed this project to be ready under a tight deadline. After the investigation of the open-source repositories, they gave us a CDK scripts repositories that we use (with Zetico Guidance of course) to deploy the complex microservices infrastructure.

We worked closely with Adel the CTO of Zetico

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We were able to launch the project in time, and all the infrastructure worked great. We and our users were very satisfied with the end product.

As I said before we managed to finish the project in time, I worked closely with Adel and his estimations were pretty accurate. We were talking in the weekly meetings and for urgent questions we used Whatsapp.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very committed to the project, whenever we needed help they were available (even on Sundays). They wanted this project to succeed as much as we did.

I don't think so.

Improve Performance, Be able to handle more load on our servers, and provide better response time to our users.

How did you select Zetico?

Zetico were analyzing and quickly identified bottlenecks on our platofrm. In addition, provided a short and long term solutions to handle this both quickly but in a way we will be able to make it also sustainable for the longer term solution.

Several sessions of analyzing the issues, and identify bottlenecks. Several sessions experimenting and changing and of course measuring the impact.

We can handle double the load, thanks to the short project.
