Handiman Services Pvt Ltd is a care service provider that offers integrated solutions, including housekeeping, security, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, landscaping, generators, and sewage treatment. Our clients operate in a competitive world with constantly evolving needs, so they need a dependable partner. I've been a sales head since 2014.

We hired them for complete digital marketing solutions, including SEO, social media management, and online reputation management.

We needed help in creating a complete digital marketing solution.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

They provide end-to-end solutions for our B2B and B2C verticals. They started by designing a user-friendly website. Since then, they have helped us with many other projects, including keyword analysis, social media marketing, local business page optimization, paid advertising campaigns, blogging, and email marketing. They've also created a few videos for us. We give them the freedom to strategize, generate leads, and manage our online reputation.

We work with five team members and one account manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Zerozilla has improved our online visibility, which had previously been nonexistent. They have spent enough time with us to understand our requirements and expectations. They understand our business model, help us grow, and regularly send us updates and potential leads. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our account manager is experienced and communicative. They schedule regular meetings to plan all our activities. They always submit blogs, social media creatives, videos, and other content for our approval. They always listen to us patiently and surprise us with their creativity. 

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciate their customer-centered approach and structured hierarchy.

Are there any areas for improvement?

In the coming days, we expect an innovative approach to video production.
