What was the scope of their involvement?

Zerosyslabs has designed and developed a simple, elegant, and interactive website for us. The team has built a DanceSport website that can interact with many athletes throughout the Philippines. Zerosyslabs has delivered registration forms, event listings, athlete profiles, adjudicator profiles, and company profiles. The team is also providing maintenance services.

We’ve worked with 2–5 teammates from Zerosyslabs.

How did you come to work with Zerosyslabs?

We found Zerosyslabs through an online search. We chose them because their pricing fit our budget, they offered good value for the cost, and their company values aligned with ours.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we’ve spent less than $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Zerosyslabs in August 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Zerosyslabs has finished the site, and it's now used by thousands of athletes. We've had almost 4,000 athlete registrations.

How did Zerosyslabs perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate through in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We're absolutely happy with Zerosyslabs' work ethic; our expectations have been satisfied. The team is hands-on, and working with them is easy.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We can't think of anything for Zerosyslabs to improve.
