This entails establishing a unified brand image, creating digital and print ad campaigns, and devising promotion materials. This will be with focus on reiterative messaging across the board, i.e., Google Ads, social media, and influencer partnerships. Key deliverables are brand guidelines, creative materials (ad copy, banners, video), and performance reporting. The aim is to position Circle Comfort Group products competitively in the marketplace and optimize campaigns for optimal ROI. The project will be implemented in phases: brand strategy development, campaign run, and ongoing optimization.

The area for improvement here could be with the initial alignment of expectations. Zero Billion Global might have provided more frequent updates during the planning process to both ensure that they were constantly on the same page. Second, further specification of the post-campaign analysis in terms of the detailed customer behavior data and campaign measurement would further enhance future methods.
