Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We worked with Zennex Consulting to design a custom Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline our operations (human resources, finance, and basic file management), organize internal and external communications, and collect/track stakeholder data (attendence, testing). The final product was an integrated platform that leveraged our existing tools (WhatsApp communications, Google Suite) while fully digitizing and centralizing our systems and processes.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Operational efficiency

Data and decision making

Transparency and accountability

We were able to consistently pivot and refine the ERP too the point of complete integration–meaning the platform became a one-stop shop for all things internal for our organization. Getting to this point took a tremendous amount of energy and dedication, but was extraordinarly rewarding!

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The Zennex team worked tirelessly to build us a flawless product, despite us changing the goalposts many (many) times. They were quick to validate our wildest dreams for systems integration and ease of use, and always managed to find a solution or workaround to help us accomplish our goals. What started as a relatively contained project to design a data collection system for our education focused initiatives ended up becoming an organization-wide digital overhaul. Aditya and Lehans were impeccably focused, organized, and gracious throughout the entire process–quite literally beacons of light in a sometimes turbulent storm.

What was your primary form of communication with Zennex Consulting?

In-Person Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Without a doubt, Zennex's customer service is unmatched. The patience and professionalism demonstrated at every turn was truly outstanding, and I would not hesitate to work with them again on any project that required a digital component.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Zennex Consulting could have done differently?

Absolutely nothing. It was a top-notch experience, from beginning to end.
