I’m the deputy CEO of a company that offers daily local tours to tourists, mostly from Russia. I make the final decision on any technological solutions for the organization.

What challenge were you trying to address with Zengineers.company?

We hired Zengineers.company to create a website and ERP system to manage our bus fleet.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped us build a complicated platform that can provide different interfaces for different travel agents, connect with our ERP, and run an affiliate partner system.

We worked with 3–4 people from their team, including a business analyst, a programmer, and a designer.

Someone from Zengineers.company had worked for one of our vendors.

We worked with Zengineers.company from October 2018–April 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Zengineers.company was an excellent partner. We loved working with them.

How did Zengineers.company perform from a project management standpoint?

Overall, they were okay in this regard as they used task management tools well. However, they sometimes failed to meet our deadlines.

What did you find most impressive about them?

It was easy to talk to them since they were always online. Even though we were in different countries, it didn’t affect our communication. I can even call them on Sundays.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve in terms of timeliness. We’ve had to give them extra time on occasion.
