Zen Software LLC

Zen Software builds custom software and automation for small and mid-size US businesses. We take on the work your team does manually: order entry, invoicing, payroll, document review.

Ordinary software does the work that follows clear rules. AI makes the simple decisions in place of your specialists and hands them the complex ones, with the reason. We use AI only where a job needs reading or judgment.

Our work includes a collision repair estimate built from 10 phone photos, an agency platform that cut a payroll run from two to three hours to about five minutes, and a tool that reads medical charts for an attorney and links each finding to its source.

Most projects start with a paid discovery and a written specification. You leave with what to build, what it will cost and in what order, and the document is yours whether or not we build it. A small project close to work we have already done can start without it. After that we work at a fixed price per stage, with written acceptance criteria, or hourly where the scope moves.
