The project involved a complete redesign of the existing user interface, incorporating numerous UX improvements aimed at enhancing usability and increasing conversion rates. A comprehensive CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) audit was conducted to identify key friction points and implement changes that streamline the user journey and boost monetization efficiency. Based on the final approved design, full-scale frontend and backend development was carried out to ensure seamless functionality and alignment with business goals. The delivered product fully adheres to the design specifications and meets all client requirements.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A full UX audit was conducted in Figma, identifying user pain points and areas for improvement. Based on this audit, a new design scope was defined and implemented in Figma, addressing the key usability issues. After client approval, the design was developed into a fully functional Shopify website using a custom theme. The final result precisely matched the approved design, improving user experience and streamlining the user journey. The measurable success was reflected in faster user onboarding, reduced bounce rates, and improved conversion metrics after launch.
