I'm a head of Internet Marketing Department in Rhein Synthetic Group distributor of synthetic roofing materials)

For what projects/services did your company hire Zagirova Design, and what were your goals?

We wanted a team with experience to provide web development, rebuilt a website, developing an SEO-friendly site's infrastructure to support a mobile-responsive design.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We looked for a company with big experience in web design and with a fresh look, so we didn't limit our search only on Ukrainian companies. We have looked through the lists of the best web development and web design companies. So we found YZZY Agency (Zagirova design) design company. After we looked through the portfolio, the choice was obvious

The project began with a conversation with the chief specialist of the company. We talked about the features of our company and what modules should be on the site.

We asked their team to design the pages in a way that was more product focused so we could describe our goods and services clearly and in detail. We were asked a lot of technical questions and already at the first meeting we had opportunity filled out a brief for website development and web design. We also needed new site structure.

A week after the first meeting, YZZY Agency (Zagirova design) showed the structure of the site in Mindmeister and we approved the proposal. The next stage is site mockups and after 2 weeks we received a test version of the site

After launching our site, we saw a 70% increase in traffic. Clients love the updated design, and they now have a better understanding of our products and services. The number of applications has tripled

YZZY's agency provided us with detailed information about the timing and issues that we were not sure about. We also received an additional suggestion to improve our site. Their ability to meet deadlines and provide a step by step progress report was very good. For our part, we quickly sent all the necessary information for them. We mostly communicated by email. But sometimes we also have occasional video and phone conferences.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They provided us with a fast running website with a mobile responsive website and a unique design that reflects our company style. So YZZY Agency (Zagirova design) additionally designed several advertising banners for our website and some advertising companies.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We received the project without any bug
