Z8 Software made improvements in software in one of our products named WAVE

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found them through refferal and considered them along with 2 others vendors. We chose them because they have best price and lead time. F2F discussion was very important.

They modified and made an improvements in software written in Angular. There were changes in program functionality and in communication with microcontroller. We had a few meetings and phone calls where was established objectives and project timelines. Created solution was tested and implemented in prototype units. First five devices have been already release on the market.

I worked directly with CEO.

We have been already launched first 5 devices on the market with implemented improvements. All requirements were fulfill. We expect to have 20% less service calls.
